Congratulations, you deserve it! 👏🏼

thanks Mitch

Smashing it dude! Deserved!

@MitchShoesmith It is so sad. To watch every thing unfolding and the apathy of men and women my age and above. It seems they simply don't care about the next generation. The "I'm alright Jack" attitude instilled into them, will never see them make sacrifices for their people or nation. I'd recommend a boat, a caravan or a motorhome to kids these days and to invest any remaining monthly income in Historical stocks, and physical Gold and Silver. But who would listen? Thanks for your videos, very insightful.

do you ever sell any of your portfolio at any point? e.g. like if you've done very well (30%) on AMD or will you always hold for next X years? am obvs tempted by my own gains so was looking for advice. Love the vids!
2
Really appreciate this video. Really inspiring for my own channel. Thanks for creating!
2
100% want to see the Property journey!
2
Nice job Mitch. Your videos are getting better by the day.

On T212 does the interest paid out daily (with this new 4/5% interest) into uninvested cash create a compound effect then? eg. Day 1: £10 counts toward daily interest. pays out say 1p for ~4%APR. Day 2: £10.01 counts toward daily interest? Or would it always be my £10 cash deposit that counts.
2
I am very very new to this page and I am currently getting through your videos, what would you suggest is the best way to get started?
2
📈 Good quality content! ISA funds Vs SIPP Vs single stock investing
2
Yes. Stop people buying food, clothes and paying for shelter. It's a great way to stop inflation driven by rising production costs, mass profiteering and market collusion. Well done BoE. Well done government.
2
@MitchShoesmith That makes perfect sense!! Thank you very much...really appreciate your response
2
Great content, thank you

Hi Mitch, for sure this would be something i'm intrested in (Porperty Portfolio Updates) - i am also in the property renovation scene so would like to see!
2
Class 👏🏻
2
Do u ever mke profit or is this a slow burner as im really looking to do something like this
2
This video is class bro ! I wanted to ask on if it’s sensible to have 2 isas or combine them together. I personally think that I should combine them together as they are both investing into the same asset. What do you think Mitch ?
2
It would be nice to see your portfolio performance during the current situation, if you don’t mind
2
Great video, Mitch. My net worth will either sound very good or very poor for my age depending on if you count student debt as a proper liability. To be honest, it really is just a graduate tax in all but name.
2
I know it's good financial advice, but welp, buying car in cash == me on a bus till my 90s. Great video, BTW.
2
I am about to sell my rental property leaving me with 100k where would you recommend I put it to grow it over the next 10 years
2
1million subscribers in two years.
2
@MitchShoesmith now that I think about it. It would lol. 100k
2
Great video do you trade or hold crypto as I’m about to get into it
2
Great video. Up the villa!
2
With a portfolio containing 85% weight on some solid ETFs and REITs pertaining to warehousing and data centres I welcome the dip. Im going to be buying all the way down to the bottom of this down trend. This is one of those golden opportunities.
2
Great vid Mitch 👍
2
This is the sort of information I neeeed!!!! LET'S GO VUSA!!!
2
I’m new to stocks and shares my strategy so far is take a lump sum each month. Put 50% of it into an ETF (snp500) and then 50% of it into individual stocks. Is that a good strategy to start with?
2
Hi Mitch. Thank you for the informative video. Why do you invest in a S&P500 on 2 different platforms? Rather than just sticking to VUSA on your vanguard platform
2
My way or no way 😉
2
Great video mitch! I moved my free funds from uninvested cash in the stocks Isa to the new cash Isa, same rate but worth that extra protection!
2
Challenge Accepted :)) Let's see how many of us get there before Mitch does :)) In my case, assuming all other things are equal in my life, I should be at £100.000 cash invested around let's say September 2025 ^_^
2
Awesome vid, on a similar journey myself
2
Great coverage! I say buy the FAANG tech dip when their p/es reach 15 or lower
2
A video about the financial aspects of your property business would be interesting,.i.e. purchase price, LTV, mortgage type, property expenses etc I’m a landlord with a few properties but surprisingly it’s not that profitable yet as my properties are all 75% LTV on interest only mortgages. In order to build up my property portfolio I’ve had to leverage my capital, so I emptied my ISA and put it all into property. Hopefully this will have proved to be a good move in the future.

My goal for 2025 is to spend more money. I'm 79 years old now and have more money than I shall ever spend myself after a lifetime of hard work and saving. I find it really difficult to spend money. I earned my first wages crawling two miles a day in the fields weeding sugar beet in early 1960's'. Any advice appreciated.

I like your videos overall, but some little constructive criticism, some of the video cuts where you insert some random clip to make your point are annoying, a some are inappropriate. The guy sniffing coke for instance, please think about your audience. Sometimes my daughter will watch a video that I'm watching on our big screen in our living room. She's only 12 and I wouldn't want her seeing that. Just a heads up because I do like your content, and I'm a sunscriber btw
2
Hey Mitch, I’m looking to go to uni in September for 4 years and I’ve got 10 grand I can invest, I’m probably not going to be able to add to it. What is the best solution for me? Invest in vanguards S&P 500 at the start of the tax year and leave it for 4 years?
2
Very informative and easy to understand. When looking at a dividend company what do you look for? Aristocrats? Yeild? Also do you prefer UK or US.
2
Investing is a long term game. Dont expect to get rich quick!
2
Some expert has said,Stock market is 99% temperament and 1% knowledge, you may differ but one thing is sure patience get rewarded . Just put your extra money in stocks which you don't need immediately and then forget it for atleast 5 years.
2
great video, will ad s&p500 to my portfolio from next month...could you share where we can find that calculator ? looks like nice tool to have...
2
Awesome channel - thanks so much fo this!
2
What's your ingame name then lad
2
Well that's reassuring. 🎉
2
S&P is heavy weighted in a few larger companies. Would it not be worth investing in your own hybrid 'S&P 10' and reviewing every quarter instead?
2
First😆😆😆
2
Can you do a video on a vanguard S&P 500 (VUSA) please
