My lawyer took the fastest way to settle since I was out of work for more than 3 years and settled out of court! I know you would have done a lot better of job with the proof I had! I know why, but I just couldn't prove it! I really wish I had heard about you before I proceeded with my case!!

At least for any claims against protected class attributes, like race, sex, gender, religion, etc., as well as other things like hostile work environments and sexual harassment. Further, things that are outright criminal, such as blackmail or not paying your workers, should also not be subject to arbitration.
