Second, I've heard many times about various drugs negatively affecting the gut biome. I'm curious to know if that also applies to Bio Identical hormones that women take for menopause. And if so, is there any research being done regarding gut biome and menopause? Many thanks!

  23. This is disappointing regarding your funding. What you are doing with covid research is so very important for moving forward and helping to protect us all. I currently have covid, I'm self employed and sensible. Staying at home until I'm better to protect the vulnerable folk I work for. As a self employed person I can no longer apply for self employment covid sick pay. Not great in these expensive days ahead of us. Stay well and safe everyone. Thank you Tim & the Zoe team 🙏

  28. This is why I get the bulk of my calories from organic lentils, and organic quinoa. You won't ever see me eating strawberries by the kilo, but rather I use those "Dirty Dozen" produce items sparingly, to add variety and vitamins to my dry starchy staples.

We know that things like exercise, eating the rainbow, avoiding excessive alcohol are good for us, but it really helps to understand the underlying mechanisms of how these things reduce the risk of dementia. I feel so encouraged by Dr Li and I hope his Mum improves. I’m off for a walk now!

  38. I once spoke to my Naturopath about this. Told her I was sick of trying to work out the best oil. So I just use a bit of all of them. Thanks Johnathon and Sarah. I think the most important thing to take from this is that as long as you're not cooking with them repeatedly you're not going to do significant harm

I’m sure many people share you frustration with the government, so how about a concerted campaign on TV, radio and social media to get your views across, particularly on symptoms and the re-introduction of masks, etc. I feel we are not seeing this message in the wider media in the way that we should.
