I discovered I had a tumor in March last year, I had a craniotomy and I experienced what you are going through. It's very difficult not to know if you have cancer or not and I know that all the torrent of thoughts eats away at the soul. After six weeks, I received a soul-soothing message: I didn't have cancer. Even better: I didn't have a tumor, but rather the rupture of a gigantic AVM that, unfortunately, killed part of my brain and made my neurosurgeon believe that I had a tumor that was bleeding.
Everyone who goes through similar episodes (tumor, aneurysm, AVM, bleeding or any other event that affects the brain) begins to see life from a different perspective and reconsiders priorities and thoughts.
I really hope that you have the best prognosis possible and that, in the future, you can look back on everything you've been through and be proud that you won this battle.
