Thank you Michael, can't wait to see more videos from you!

Great talk! And very interesting view on product market fit: if users keep using your product when it's broken.
12
It would be great if the moderators could repeat audience questions! Otherwise an awesome video, thanks always YC SUS

I am applying asap. Thanks Dalton and YC.

Amazing interview, from both sides! There isn't a whole lot unbiased information on non-recreational use of psychedelics, but this is some of the best I've seen so far :). It' s such a shame that these substances are outlawed for at best unclear reasons. Research like this hopefully shows people the truth about psychedelics (both the good and the bad), unlike the typical government propaganda. Fortunately for me, psylocibin containing fungi are legally available were I live (the Netherlands), although it's a bit of a grey area, with some confusing laws (mushrooms are illegal, sclerotia and grow-kits are legally sold in normal shops). Btw, is there any relation between Dr. Watts and Alan Watts? Probably not, but just curious.

Very bright guy

46:09 Was so lovely to see Harj bring Diana back into the conversation. Really subtle and sweet. You can tell these guys really enjoy spending time with one another.
12
Great guy! Paystack inspired us to apply for Y Combinator. Great company
12
Thank you very much for sharing !!
11
So valuable! Thx again. For me, it's so important to regularly come back to the YC advice videos and to remind & challenge myself again. The overthinking trap is so easy to slowly fall back into over time. My only wish: please please release this series as a podcast! :) I want to listen to this on Snipd to highlight my main takeaways and easily come back to them.
11
man this guy is so honest. I was always in search of instrumentation. u can explain new theories as long as it satisfies existing phenomena and experiments. this guy beautifully explains all problems staring from power line fluctuation.
11
Great conversation, can’t believe this was free.
11
I am from YC S19 and the value of being on the batch is amazing. Highly recommended.
11
Michael sounds like a practical chap
11
I will be resubmitting my startup to YC given this RFS. We are solving the problem of information bottlenecks in the legislative process.
11
Such a great vid and Michael drop some serious knowledge in this!
11
So much knowledge shared. Thank you for making this available
11
Brilliant. Tomorrow I will run as fast as possible.
11
loads of stuff are coming from Zero to One book by Peter Thiel.. which is AMAZING!! keep it up
11
the hype always wants your attention and energy
11
Just want to echo the sentiment -- huge fan of this format (in addition to longer form for deep dives | interviews)!
11
Cool! Thanks for the great info...
11
One of my favorite interviews, thanks for uploading!
11
This is so for me. Starting out as a college fresher with YC advice. What can be better than this. Thanks a ton YC

Watching this during my year+ off :D :D :D

I came here just for jarvis but u get a sub my guy

very very interesting interview. one of the best talks

I like the camera/painter metaphor. I think the next phase of this is knowing when/where to lean into the LLM vs let the human paint. More advanced tools don't typically make the previous tools obsolete. Airplanes are more advanced than cars, but we still use cars. The microwave is more advanced than the stovetop but with still cook on stoves, etc... but what we HAVE learned is when/where to use the microwave vs the stove, how best to utilize each. In many areas the human may be preferred to the LLM and vice versa.

I cannot thank YC enough to put out such awesome content. Can't imagine what it is like to be in the program. Thanks to you and all the awesome folks who come and share their stories. Absolutely in love with this.

Love ya Michael!

Lenny ... you are our science hero

YC really has the best YouTube channel.

Great pointers! I would definitely change my strategy for initial users for my MVP based on your last point. Wish I could edit that in my YC S19 application as well lol.
