I appreciate this channel so much. There is soooooo much good, in-depth content. As I’m taking a leap from startup IC to startup Founder I am getting more and more out of all the insights and practical advice.

So much good information in this interview

That's very encouraging so thanks for making the requirements clear and understandable Jared.

I'm glad this video came up on my feed. Thank you for bringing Marques to our attention.

Just finish startup podcast S1 and saw this clip, awesome.

Great video. It would be interesting if we also had an indie-hacker/bootstrapper version of startup school.
10
Thank you, great interview. Scott Aaronson's talks helped me understand just a little bit better quantum computing.
10
This is gold. Seriously! Y Combinator Rocks.
10
The interview being this long is a real treat!
10
Yayyy! My favorite time of the week is here again. I've said it before, I'll say it again, and again; thanks Dalton and Micheal.

These videos are amazing, thank you!
10
Great interview. I like her she's honest and inspiring.
10
GREAT interview, thank you. I would love to see you do a whole series on physics.

awesome

1 hour video didnt seem long because of the quality of the content loved to hear both of you talk
9
such annotations are very useful!

Amazing! The grid, determination, and passion by Ooshma is so inspiring. I'm at my lowest point in the startup and this video really helped me to level up my game. Never give up!
9
Nice interview indeed. You found the perfect spots to jump in, drill deeper or steer to new directions. I only wish you had stayed a bit longer on the holographic principle and force him to explain it a little bit deeper. The radio format was good because it forced him to rely on only his words. Give him a blackboard and I won't be able to follow. :-)
9
This was brilliant, genuine, open and insightful, many more of these please. Best of luck Avni in your next mission.
9
Wow - MKBHD, Jarvis and now Simone! I love these creator YC crossovers!
9
Really love the content you guys are putting out lately, thanks!

Tracy is one of the most inspiring entrepreneurs that I look up to. I have been following her since her Plangrid journey and it motivated me to build my own vertical SaaS company. Now hearing about her family's immigrant story is pretty surreal given that my mom went through the exact same scenario as a Chinese Vietnamese refugee, except she ended up in France. Thank you for sharing this story! It's a great reminder that regardless of my YC application result for this batch, I just gotta have grit and keep going!
9
Amazingly good advice Michael, thanks for that! Exactly my experience... My only regret is not having left that big company before!
9
I'd love to see a conversation with a sleep scientist/expert . I don't have a specific person in mind. Your guests have said they needed wildly different things (4 hours of sleep, 8 hours, 9+ etc), I'm curious about the science of it -- lots of misinformation in the startup world around this
9
I can see the passion and pain in her face. I’m fairly confident she’ll take another swing at being a founder and I’m sure she’ll succeed.
9
Harj's opening remarks about how it can be so discouraging to consume all the startup news about companies that have sold their companies etc, speaks so close to me! This is exactly how I'm feeling right now, this video come at the right time. Another thing that I could easily resonate with was the issue of deciding which market to target, it's so tempting to want to go into the buzzing markets - like FinTech. Thanks YC team!
9
I love this channel!!
9
Thank you YC for sharing this kind of stories!
9
10:35 - Man, that side look he gives is very creepy! jk =) great interview, very informative.
9
Fascinating subject, and fascinating person :-)
9
A much better answer than other youtube channels. Great!
9
Despite using Venmo regularly, I never bothered looking behind the company to learn about the folks who brought it to life. Until now. Very interesting - thanks Craig/Y Combinator!
9
Thank you YC
9
Very helpful insights. Thanks Suhail!
9
Since I got to know "Y Combinator Channel " I unsubscribed dozen channels , Included : Grant Cardone , Garyv, Lewis Howes,........ They are great guys but nothing practical ... I need something to implement after watching video and make money ...not listening to pep-talk
9
I love how real she is
9
So much inspiration! 🙌🔥 I have a website development company and I want to be a youtuber too
9
Great stuff! Thanks Michael, hope you're good man :D
9
Best talk yet
9
Apart from the fact that this talk was very helpfull, can I just say that you two sound like awesome people!
9
This is amazing stuff! Thank you so much! Confirms a lot for me and gives the umph I need to keep going. Thank you! Thank you!
8
What a great interview. Excellent questions, and a host who listens!

Amazing insights

Thank you for pushing back against the terrible advice. I'm completely self-taught and published apps (and started my own company). I am a sharper thinker and a better business leader for it. The only downside is that I have found coding to be like 'play time' when I was a kid - you can REALLY get lost in it. So I've become a worse husband 🤣
8
Great as always. Thank you.
8
Fantastic Interview Simone! Thanks for pulling this together!
8
Just loved all of it coming together! Mind blown to another dimension :)
8
I was eagerly waiting for your videos
8
No Youtube channel has ever given me as much quality knowledge as this one. What a gold mine! Thanks so much YC
