  7. 素晴らしい料理屋の職人の技。屋台と言えるが、Gourmet級の印象がつくづく絵がしています。重労働、優れた準備の政策、料理のつうな知恵が一緒に纒まって居るので、感動です。お見事!!! Fantastic technique by a restaurant craftsman. This can be said to be a Yatai/food stall, but it seems to really describe a gourmet level impression. Heavy labour, advanced preparation planning, knowledge of alta cucina/haute cuisine are all combined together. It is impressive. Bravo!!!

  41. My dad is an ex army, and back then when I was a kid, he brought me to armed forces open day and they introduced me ration food for soldiers stationed in the deep jungle. Boy, their food was so simple and they're considered as hearty meal. The only ration food I remembered till this day is their so-called "army biscuits", they're extremely delicious and couldn't find it outside.
