Very hard working, this warms my heart so much. He is very passionate and dedicated to his craft. He is diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, this can lead to cardiac arrest if he doesn’t take care of himself. I hope some money earned from this video will be shared with them to help promote and fund his restaurant. He seem to do most of the preparations himself, I hope he can get more assistance. I wish him good health and live life joyfully, to preserve and share his craft.

What we watch is just the setup for the day, and give him a ton of respect, which is rightly due. We are missing a bigger picture as cooks and chefs, he is doing a ton of work behind the video with the prep. His food was already portioned and ready to rock and roll for the day, he is not playing games in his life at all. Lots of respect to him.

Building this must take roughly 5 hours to finish and another 4 hours to compact it all back together, when he’s done. Because the 2 hours, in the description, doesn't seem right, yet the video shows the day turn to night, demonstrating the hours this guy took to set the whole thing up. Wouldn’t mind a cup of what he has on the menu, it would certainly keep the cold at bay. It’s nice to appreciate the small businesses, societies and economics, from every country, wouldn’t function as well without them…

That is Hmong comfort food right there people....pork and cabbage. I make that every time I miss home. I also make it into a soup (just add water during the cooking process) when Im hung over. I also make it when I get the munchies. Eat with some white rice, with a dip of thai chilli pepper, garlic and vietnamese fish sauce. I have eaten that like once a week for the past 40 years.

I really love how Japanese really take all responsibility for their work think about how they settle up their booth before open and clean everything up after completed the day. This is really took lots of their energy and times. So respectful to them those who always dedicate for their work ❤️

I like how energetic the chef is because I'm sure the work he does has to be tiring. It all feels like one big family there with all the customers & chef making jokes while enjoying their meals & drinks together.
