Beautiful minds, beautiful souls, beautiful human beings... ❤

My life has changed quite drastically since I started following her on IG. Every post is enlightening. Its not just another positivity page that spews out a bunch of wayne dyer quotes... She posts some amazing ideas daily. Life changing stuff.

It's not money is the root of all evil. It's the LOVE of money is the root of all evil. Having things is not bad. What's bad is when you are so engrossed by having money that you will sacrifice anything and anyone, including yourself, in the pursuit of materialism.

Excellent interview of experts!

This is the most sensible discussion of autonomy and relationship I have seen in 20 years. Thanks for descriptions beyond labeling other people where the dynamics are a total mismatch without pathologizing the other party. That popular mistaken habit is destroying not just relationships but entire families.

When Beth said "what it comes down to is acceptance. I don't HAVE to love my cellulite" tears came to my eyes. This one sentence has changed my life. Bless you Beth! ❤❤❤ sending you love from the UK!

So wise! I love this interview. This speaks to where I'm at: Making myself unavailable to those who no longer resonate with me and seeking new connections.

Angie Martinez is a Legend. From her music, being a DJ and all the wonderful interviews. Thank you for having her on.

Is she for real? She makes it sounds very simple. Why do we complicate our lives like this. This interview is so damn lit 🔥🔥

I appreciate that Lisa asked some of the people she interviewed, to clarify some points. No matter how much we know, it's still important to ask clarifying questions. I love when people aren't afraid of asking for more clarity. That kind of humbleness, curiosity, and space for diving deeper, is crucial!

I love what you said Elle, no one cares more about you than you. And this is the reason I let romance walk out of my life, if he wants to go he knows where the door is. And I can keep on working on me. How you do one thing is how you do everything

When you get older and bigger, a fall off the beam or bars is a lot more dangerous(higher risk of injury) Also, adults don't heal as fast as kids. I'm so impressed that Oksana Chusovitina is still competing at 43 years old.

As soon as you accept yourself, the world will accept you

I love the comparison between a narcissism survivor and a cat testing whether a surface is safe to walk on.
98
"I dont want to become her again" Very powerful. Thank you for the clarity.
96
I love how you talk about not shaming yourself and instead having self compassion because you’re right, the self punishment doesn’t work ever!
95
Lisa, you are the most adorable host. So intelligent and such an inspiration. My life is better because of your videos. So grateful you are doing this
95
I’M SO PROUD OF YOU SISTA 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💯💯💯 !

Better to find your voice at 93 then to never find it at all

"Just because you feel guilty doesn't mean you did anything wrong." 💯

This was such a great conversation! Loved it and bought the book. It has really opened my mind. I agree about the importance of sex education, even at my age of 66!! The younger generations are lucky to have this information in a more timely way. ❤
95
I need this now. Divine timing. Thank you!

Please consider opening other YouTube channels with these podcasts dubbed into other languages. I would love to share these messages with my friends whose native language is Portuguese or Spanish.

Thank you so much for having me <3

this is the woman who made me love workin out yall

There is some fire advice in here. I love the idea that there are THREE entities in any situation: me, him, and the relationship. Also the understanding that the PROBLEM is the problem, and how are we going to solve it as a team?
92
The love-bombing and their response when you say "no" in any form. Spot on. These are the earliest signs, in my experience (woman, 52 y.o.). The response to your "no" can be anything from flying into a rage to guilt-tripping you with "you owe me" or "poor little me" narratives.

As a Latina, this is a question that always comes up. I’m going to be 30 this year and I’m a proud mother of two dogs. My Wednesday’s consists of me time and right now, I would not have it any other way! Thank you for this video because yes, I have also asked google for help. I feel guilty at times but it’s only because of trying to please people in my culture. I’m doing this for ME and it’s empowering!!! Thank you Lisa 🤗🥰

I’m a grown ass woman and I want Marisa to adopt me. Can you imagine being nurtured by this kind of wisdom & care?
92
Thank you so much for having me on your show @lisabilyeu! I’m so honored to be on this mission to help people get their power back.

Celebrating 1M with Lisa. Just asks the best questions her viewers will need and on point. Thank you for all.

Both of you are incredible 💙 so glad we’re able to see her progress

Confidence is a state of mind. Positive thinking, practice, training, knowledge and talking to other people are all useful ways to help improve or boost your confidence levels.
90
I love that she got emotional with speaking about feeling not good enough and not knowing your own strengths. Those are my own struggles and it made me relate so much more, seeing her vulnerability.
90
You owe yourself the love that you so freely give to other people!! FLY!! - First Love Yourself

Love watching this growth couple who constantly puts effort into their relationship and becoming a better partner and a better version of themselves 👏💐💕

The no plan b thing hit because my husband always uses the example of the general who burned all the ships and told his crew you win or die. I’m not dying for you no more!!!!
89
so many jewels in here it's like many therapy sessions rolled into one - one of my fave things she said reminds of the Buddhist saying "pain is evitable, suffering is optional."
88
She is sooooooo right about you being the one that everyone goes to. Like how do I ask for help when I am the help?!?!
88
"I do not want a partner who gets on their knees and cries with me. I want someone who lifts me up and reminds me of who I could be." Love that!
88
I’m 53 and I’m finally getting my power back 🙏❤️
87
“Don’t wait until you have reached some form of perfection, it’s not coming” So powerful! ❤️

What a love story Dr Amen became a Psychiatrist to support his wife☺️

86
I want to be healthy, comfortable, happy, content, and completely peaceful.
86
Yes! People want immediate forgiveness because they’ve said ‘sorry’ - they don’t like the consequences that their bad choices bring.
86
🦋the biggest thing holding you back is you. Take action
