I am 43. Cheers man, loves this video, I am still trying to figure this out in my life

It is my first video of today. I am happy starting my day with such positive talks.❤

Greetings from Poland , Europe fan is here

If you are wrong then I don’t want to know what is right. Spot on for the most part. What do you think is the hardest one.
3
This is an amazing video! Thanks for posting; I enjoyed the video very much.

I appreciate you 😊 My inner critic is the worst. My partner though, it's her biological family. Oh my gosh, they're horrible. Especially her mother! I don't understand her. The pain she's given her is unmeasurable. My honey is a lovely, beautiful and funny person and daughter, sister, cousin and aunt. I think she needs to hear what you have to say ❤
3
Great suggestions, definitely worth a try. A little off topic, but I like the lamp you have behind you. I’d like to get one for myself.
3
This was spot on, I will add, in loving yourself, retrain your brain and self talk to what you desire rather than what was programmed to believe.

We are socially created creatures by design and need one another to fight depression, and i've learned to live at the moment, work is only a vehicle as mentioned, i'm as happy on Monday morning (to see my coworkers) as i am Fridays, don't matter, in all things be happy to be alive, because one day we will be bedridden and think about those days that we're wasted and the chasing the wind, God Bless.

@Jim_Burrows_Thrives Do you not like me or the comment I said?! How come I didn't get a heart from you just because I learned what you said in your video at an earlier age.
3
Start out small I agree 😊🎉❤

A friend of mine told me his doctor told him for men in their 50's its known as sniper's alley. A lot of men get taken in their 50s. I'm 54 myself. Well done for starting the channel. Very inspirational and gives food for thought. Good luck.
3
the big question is what is time well spent!
3
Do you know Jesus? Jesus knows you ❤
3
it is truly amazing after watching such an impressionable video- of all infinite thins you could comment you asked about a nose? damn you are an idiot lol.
3
@ Just curious if you had skin cancer. It was very prominent in your video. I clicked on your video because I thought you may have been ill, or had a terminal ending disease.
3
@Jim_Burrows_Thrives don’t waste your time on these internet people. many were raised on iPads without parents and have to wipe the Cheetoh dust off their fingers to type these outrageous comments. Loved the video - amazing message. I’ll catch you on your next upload ❤️

I have a full time job, and I am a YouTuber... I trust... it will come... I show up, I'm being consistent, I'm patient, I trust the process.... it's hard and I'm still showing up 👍 I'm worth it... I'm not giving up.. I'm not stopping!

Thank for the video Jim! I’m only 39, and I’ve got a lot to learn, but I come watch these videos as a reminder of what I know deep down but many of us suppress. It was well said and I took a lot away from this.
3
Great video my biggest problem is soda I dream about it lol
3

With a bigger audience comes a GREAT responsibility to INFLUENCE others either positively or negatively. We’ve had our discussion and we SEE each other! I see the white wings with tips of black. That makes you knowledgeable to both and your natural choice is to do good! That is the correct path that will reward not only you but all those you influence. Just remember this as you grow!

I am 77 and on the same path, but I have a hard time resisting the crap my wife continues to bring home. She is pre-diabetic and resistant to changing her habits. She seems to resent my suggestions but does go along. When I was young, I was a bull strong weight lifting surfer who had a steak and vegetables every night for dinner. I had complete control over what and when I ate. I have the will to lean out and have been lifting, but it is exponentially more difficult when you live with opposing forces that you are trying to get along with and stay married.

Thanks for the reminder Jim, I need to keep hearing this, I'm taking action! 🔥

❤❤❤Great parents drive Society’s evolution! I commend, salute & admire the parenting job that you and your LOVEly wife have done. 🙏🙏🙏👊🏽🔥❤️

Yes sir, you are beyond correct. I learned as I’ve gotten older (currently 38) that if you don’t believe in what you are doing, go out and learn to fail. If you’re not failing, you’re not trying hard enough. Because when you succeed, man that koolaid taste good. Thank you Sir!

Yes. I can relate too ! I felt UNWORTHY of fitting in with other more experienced musicians than myself when I participated in a music contest a few years ago !! Alot of them think I am as good as them, and Im like Wow !! Its a Pretty huge compliment to be accepted by them because many of them are professional level !! I play and sing pretty good, but never considered myself a professional by any means ... but like you said I can turn it around and just accept their praise they give me and allow myself to fit in with them and keep growing and playing my music as a musician and artist !!

Im from indonesia jim I always watching your video every morning to motivate my self to be better tanks for your advices.

Good suggestions

Nice job Jim!! I'm 58, been training since I was 20. I trained hardcore from 20 to 35. From 36 to 55 it was off and on. (I had a high stress corporate job/family) I retired at 56 and I realized my body had become so weak and out of shape. I turned it around at 57. It was NOT easy!!! Now I'm back to my old self and loving life again! I enjoy your content.

This video is so inspiring! "Adapt or FREEZE" really drives home the importance of embracing change and pushing forward. The message is powerful and motivating – a great reminder that we have the choice to grow or stay stagnant. The delivery is engaging and thought-provoking. Definitely something everyone should watch to spark their own personal growth journey!

I´ve heard this bs for the last 30 years....But I am 44 and fit as an army private. Good food and regular workout makes wonders.
3
totally agree NO is powerful, but sometimes it closes doors we didn't even know existed. saying YES can be scary, but who knows what amazing places it could lead us to? have you ever said YES even when you were nervous? I think saying YES is more challenging than a NO, and remember, some people won't like it when you say NO, it's human nature. too many NOs can leave you isolated, completely alone. in my opinion balance is key
3
When you're younger, you can't have this perspective because you have way more time.

Still laying on the*orn addiction Still falling over 😔 trying to get back on track

i had complicated childhood, nowadays i love my job (self employment) but some childhood's fears... no better say: F.E.A.R.S. remain and almost each day is a struggle; i remember a slogan: victories today - buttles tomorrow; not so easy, not each day, easy say than done but thanks God - i keep up keep up..
2
@Jim_Burrows_Thrives they live deeply inside of me and in some situations appear very quickly & heavily; there are 2 ways: avoid such situations or deep into them; i choose 2nd and must fight on daily or weekly basis; i don't need any distractions, because when i return to normal - they quickly disappear; it's like when you hold your breath and dive into the water, wait until you can (and endure), emerge and breath normally
