  5. One of the many issues with HR is their lack of intimate knowledge for any given employee/boss relationships they’re not a part of. I’d you are going to accept a job, enjoy it. Sure, you only take home $100/wk, but you get to experience so much more. Ofc, that’s not going to pay any bills but circumstances and motivation are different for everyone. Talk about walking a tightrope lol When your “boss” is adversarial from jump, you have to try and change that dynamic. Some will;Some won’t 🤷 Seriously, who gets pissed off about an employee being “too clean” in a cleanroom? Sometimes, there’s just no winning lol So stop playing their stupid games and create your own. If it’s fun, entertaining, thoughtful, introspective, strategic, etc. other players will eventually catch on and start playing too. And then they might “influence” others and so on… Especially when you feel every movement… “Chess not Checkers” Checkers is for the children. Adversarial. Brutal. Power. Domination. Chess is…refined. Takes time to set the board, one piece at a time. There’s games going on longer than 40yrs. But they aren’t the same and time is weird lol Everyone is unique❤✝️

  9.  @whitemagus2000 so when you read books, and see the words on the page, do you not cycle through the “Rolodex” of definitions for that word before moving on to the next, and the next, and the next, until you finish the sentence? Do you not then take all this words and definitions and compile them into a coherent interpretation? Do you not build upon that? Letter, WORD, sentence, paragraph, chapter, etc? They still can’t reconcile it to themselves. How can anyone else do that for them? It can be a bit frustrating.

It’s my own fault tho, really. Watching everyone get so close and then draw the “incorrect” conclusions can get boring too.

The “chaos” conforms to your decision when you decide to “act” on that decision. It, “coalesces” in a certain manner of speaking. “They’re waiting for someone to step up” It’s easy to just watch the world go by. You have to decide you want to be a part of it. You have to decide how you are a part of it. You have to decide to what end are you working to be a part of it. Some might call that “reverse-entropy” or “manifestation” I call it life and everyone has to grow up eventually. Only children wait around and wait for the magic-mommy-milk to be spoon fed to them, only to throw it back up because they might not like the taste. I’ve tasted mothers milk and it was sweet. A little too sweet for my liking but there’s reasons for everything in life, regardless of you being “aware” of them or not. Y’all have no idea what “control” even means.   35. You know what an epidural is? A shortcut. I swear I worked harder getting that baby out than she did lol I had to have my hand rebuilt after an unfortunate accident with a concrete floor. After surgery my arm was “dead” from the elbow down. Even punched myself in the face after it swung back on me cause I couldn’t feel anything. Such a weird sensation not having any control of your own limbs…

  37. The first 2yrs of college are basically refresher courses anyway. Like with politics, they spend all their time trying to get “elected”. Then they spend the first 2yrs basically being “briefed” on everything. (You can do that anywhere.) Then they spend the next two years trying to figure out what they want next (re-election) while running the country? Then they pick their major, do some basics on that and get their Bachelors Degree. So far, no “specific” college really wins out imho. Masters+ is where the specificity comes in to play. So places like Harvard are just a name and a wallet until that point. Specialized schools are supposed to be picky and they develop their own criteria for that. Still don’t see where IQ tests have any real relevance as the sole indicator of intelligence or merit. Rote memorization is boring lol you gotta feel that click in your head when you understand the problems and then work to “solve” them. How cool are abacuses? They can calculate in those faster than a calculator. Slide rule. Vernier Calipers (lol)

One of the biggest issues with casual sex is that it tends to come from some outside influences ie alcohol, ecstasy, weed, etc. It impairs judgement. But what happens when the female finds out? Let’s say she decides to keep the baby. Does she quit all vices? Most people say of course, and they aren’t wrong. But they’ve known forever that the stress and hormones that come along with that can have lasting effects on the fetus development. And what’s one of, if not the first organs to develop? Flooded with cortisol… “It’s not just YOUR pain” Connections…connections Ideally mothers wouldn’t put their children through that to begin with but We work with what We have lol That’s why research says a glass of wine once in a while isn’t a bad thing and can have health benefits.
