I understand what you're saying.
I've actually been through this personally and understand all too well, how things work. It's not very common for somebody to be able to "trick" a Psychologist, but it is possible.
I had to actually fight my ex in court, to have another evaluation done, because the first person said one thing, and I knew it wasn't correct. Sorry for a longer comment, so please be patient and bare with me. This person had lied about DV and given that I had a child with him, I had to fight to have an eval done. I knew that something wasn't right, and that he was just a master manipulator.
The first time it was done with him being able to choose (something I knew wouldn't end up well, because I watched him trick the court with his 3rd wife and knew he would just go to a different place if he didn't like the outcome).
I was finally able to choose a place, but had to pay for it, almost $4,000.
It was a very extensive evaluation, even covering sexual things as well.
Having gone through that, almost 5 years ago now, it pushed me to really educate myself with mental evaluations and how they work, especially with a court.
Yes, if a psychologist is doing their job, the patient SHOULDN'T be able to "fool" them, but unfortunately it definitely happens, even when the courts are involved, and they have years of experience.

And just so you know, the things I'm "shocked" about are, calling them KKK, klansman, hunting him down, etc., because NONE of that has been proven.
In fact, the picture that people thought was the Father, ISN'T. the Father doesn't have a forearm tattoo, like the guy at the KKK rally.
But I'm sure those things don't matter to you guys.
It doesn't fit the narrative you all so badly want to keep pushing with this.
So yeah, I'm shocked that a "NURSE" would use those kinds of words, when they do nothing, but add fuel to the fire in your this situation.
I'm VERY much against racism, and don't think there's ANY place for it, and think that we shouldn't be casting blame, until we have all the facts.
That's just NOT okay.
But I guess in this situation, these two guys are GUILTY until proven INNOCENT.
weird...
