  5. Exactly! This is when I feel that life in prison is better and makes them suffer even more. He will think about things day after day after day after day for the rest of his life. Not only that, but the death penalty is "too easy" for the perp, in my opinion. It's also usually more costly because of the appeals that follow with a death penalty case. As gruesome and horrible as this might sound, I feel that if/when somebody is sentenced to death, they shouldn't be euthanized like an animal. Many victims suffer when they are murdered (ESPECIALLY IN THIS CASE), and it's not right for the perp to not suffer after what they did.

  7. Unfortunately it costs more money for the death penalty then locking them up forever. Not to mention, they need to suffer and most death penalties are similar to euthanizing an animal. They should suffer somehow.

  10. @masterkni666  As a DV survivor, I can honestly say that when you live with DV for years, you learn how to trick the closest people to you (including your own children and family members), to believe that things are "uhhhmazing." I did it for 4 years. It's really not that unheard of.

  22. I'm sorry but I disagree... As an actor, your job isn't to test the firearm. Your job is to use the prop they give you. It's the OTHER people, prop masters/armourer/etc. As an actor, you'd have no idea if it was direct or not. Why? Because that's NOT your job. If somebody is accountable, whoever was in charge of preparing that gun, is the one who is liable!

  30.  @michaelbarber4938  Exactly! Things would've looked different, if she just hadn't done the Facebook thing and taken the car. It's not like he's going to come after her, when he's dead. Who knows if she even would've gotten caught, if she hadn't done those things. No proof via Facebook, and no proof with having his car. She may have still gotten caught through an investigation, but she unfortunately made things more difficult for herself.

  31. @OhHell_TooTheNo Gee I'm sure she knew 911, but according to the evidence so far, she went there on purpose to kill him. She took an Uber, and a gun, went there, shot him, lit his house on fire, stole his car and left... Then made the video about things and posted it on Facebook. At least if she had called the police right afterwards, she could've claimed self defense, much easier... Now she has to claim that he made her so upset in the past, that she went temporarily insane. Not impossible, but more difficult with the way she did things.

The only difference, was adding it to the other 3, because only ONE person had an actual autopsy, right after death (Alex)... The other 3 either didn't have an autopsy, or didn't have one right away at death, but rather months later (Tammy for example). I hate to break it to you, but the "usage" of the word apparently, isn't inaccurate.
