They ruled executive orders are legal. Now the precedent was set for Trump to use the same tactics. The Senate did the same shit when the Democrats eliminated the 60 vote filibuster rule to allow for a simple majority. Now it bit them in the ass in 2017 and 2020. Stop changing the rules.   19. CA refuses to enforce its own taxi medallion programs because the capital gains tax revenue from Uber and Lyft was too lucrative for the politicians to ignore. They threw their own taxi companies and drivers under the proverbial bus instead of following their own laws.
