Male and female are biological categories, which are fixed and permanent. Looks like a lot of people still haven't figured out that gender in not synonymous with personality traits and temperament yet. Like I said, If the validity of your identity is predicated on the notion that all of society must ignore objective biological realities, then your identity is not valid. Respect is earned and is reserved for that which is actually respectable. Pronouns aren't what you'd use, when communicating with someone directly in the 1st person. You'd really only use them when speaking about someone to another. When speaking directly to people, I tend to use their names, rather than refer to someone as something that they are not. Don't you?
