  2.  @agnezz4985  Doesn't matter what Eastern Europe wanted, the US reneged on the promise not to expand NATO to the East. Then the US did the same thing in Georgia. That relevant facts and reality is that if you look at all the voted and referenda Ukraine is ethnically and politically split. It is the US that provoked that into a war, which Ukraine carried out against Russian speakers in the East of the country. You can make up all the stories you and it doesn't change that reality.

Biden stumbles all day every day, and I think he is about to make a deal to cut SS and Medicare with the Republicans like Cinton could not do.   7. No, I don't think the the solar you talk about runs all that stuff you say - because you are grid-tied. Your solar helps supplement the power the electric company generates, but you would pay through the nose to have a solar system with batteries big enough to run all that stuff. I would never side with Marjorie Taylor Greene ... Brown?, but she has a point. But it doesn't make solar useless or bad.

  10. Good interview. I like this guy. I'd vote for him if he was the candidate. I'd prefer Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren or lots of others, but not Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton or the establishment Democrats. I feel like I can trust this guy to pursue and intelligence course and get good people- AND LISTEN TO THEM! Ojeda is a good man.

Everyone in the US knows that CA has an immigration and homeless problem - because we're where people would rather be homeless since the weather is nice and we are a well governed ( for the most part ) state. No one attacks any of these lying Republicans over their state's or city crime stats - the whole media just lets that Republican propaganda be repeated and repeated unequestioned.

  20. Good points. Trump has an obsession with Barack Obama. He also has never had to think or worry about anything because he has enough money that people cover for him. Trump has no real motivation or incentive to hold on to reality - everything in his head is something weirdo power fantasy, little tricks of one-upsmanship that mean nothing. When he ran the first time he didn't know anything, but he does seem to somehow have the skill to put together a team to carry out his orders. I wonder what is behind Trump - who pulls his strings?

  23. The ridiculous Laffer Curve is a "graphical" curve where only two points are known ... it is plotting revenue against tax rate. If you have 0% tax rate you have 0 revenue, and if you have 100% tax rate you still have 0 revenue. That is all it says ... there is nothing on the shape between those two points, nor anything about the best tax rate ... it is a joke. Where we are now is that every time they lower the tax rate the reduce revenue.

The fake subtext of this is that it is all about Crimea, that Russia annexed Crimea as the first step in a Hitlerian attempt to assault and take over Europe. One would have to be a complete idiot to believe that - but that is what is pumped out in our media since the war. It is not imperialism to try to retain a strategic port that has belonged to Russia since the 1600s and only belonged to Ukraine as an accounting error since the 50's and Krushchev. It seems like if NATO the US and the West were interested in peace there would have been a better way than wrecking the entire county of Ukraine and killing hundreds of thousands and disrupting trade and business globally.

I always vote, and until there is some realitistic alternative always the straight Democratic ticket, so it is those swing voters that will make the difference. Something weird is going on with Biden, and he either needs to apologize and explain it, or get out ... but if he does not want to no one can force him to. That was such a humiliating disgrace, I can't believe Biden has the gall to even show his face in public. Thanks for being engaged in real time David Pakman! But, it was that bad.

  30. I think we need to realize that "this person" is just one of many gender non-conforming people, not like all of them, not a representative of anyone but "this person". I have a hard time with these issues in interviews because there is nothing here, nothing human, nothing groundbreaking, but political games. The models we get of transgender people are Hollywood, media, politicized and I'm going to guess dehumanized too. This gives me the creeps because I don't remotely think Jenner has any reason to run for governor. If Jenner want to the public to know Jenner, then do it in another way than messing with this screwed up CA governor recall.   43.  @PseudoSpaceMarine  I'm pretty sure that is not it because most investment income is not in 401K's or IRA's. But it is only the profit made on investments that is taxed. It is hardly fair to tax people who work for a living at a high rate, and people who sit around collecting interest, appreciation or profit from long term investments. Apply the same progressive taxation structure to both people with both kinds of investments is what is fair.
