Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The front-line staff of the NHS aren't the issue, it's the layers & layers of creeping bureaucracy, the lack of maintenance & crumbling buildings, the backdoor selloffs of chunks of the Service. Catering went first, it's been packet meals for 4 decades now, cleaning went next so now we have MRSA & hand sanitizers every 10 yards in every single NHS establishment, who gets the contract for that? And the litany just goes on & on getting worse & worse.
2
@madontherun yes but Denmark's taxes were introduced slowly, carefully & with purposes & consent. Sunak barely even announced his.
2
1:09 worse even than when the Whigs wouldn't let them in the building?
2
He was formerly Attorney General, it was his job to understand details like that.
2
That's rather insipid coverage of several very important issues, in particular you don't seem to have any understanding of what happened to Corbyn or why or even how it's treasonous.

@MrJaspett *portentous

The job Starmer signed up for is to destroy the Party that voted for a Leader who supports Palestinian Rights. The Torys have made it very difficult for him - how can he destroy the Party while he's leading it as Prime Minister?
1
@1951GL there's £billions leaching away every year without going to the trouble of dragging any back from tax-havens though I dispute the scale that's hidden abroad, too much has been disappearing for too long.
1
@covfefe1787 before the UK Government started meddling & selling parts off from 1979 the NHS was the most efficient in the world & health authorities came from the whole world to see how it was done. Not now though. How it was done is written into legislation dated 1945 & later, Government only has to go into the archives to find the world's most efficient system.
1
@covfefe1787 USA has public healthcare for the poor & private for everyone else, much as you suggest, but they've turned it into the most expensive healthcare system in the world & it's the country's main source of personal bankruptcy. No thanks.
1
4:35 Starmer as Wolfie Smith now!?! Wow!
1
no
1
@dogstar5572 you think the most right-wing government Israel has ever had would sully themselves by digging holes for oil?? Of course they've contracted it out!
1
They're morally binding, if you vote for MPs with morals it works.
1
Blairite/Thatcherite
1
@joepaluka9031 F off back to Malaysia then, the people who actually live in this country want the NHS restored.
1
@tenniskinsella7768 and who imposed that management? Oh yes, Government did!
1
Some interesting thinking points, thank you.
1
why is he not your MP now? He stands head & shoulders above so many.
1
can you tell us more?
1
Farage is against the 2-child cap... 😂😂😂
1
what? make sense! 😂😂😂
1
@tenniskinsella7768 seriously, make sense! Your comments are unreadable!
1
@Betleyman_7 the Torys have been trying to undermine the NHS since 1945, in 1977 they hatched plans to get serious about it & now we see the fruition. They've been adding layers of bureaucracy to separate parts off & then selling them, there's very little left that's State-owned.
1
the people who elected Corbyn within the Labour party were given a vote, they chose to keep him!
1
@Richard L BP & Shell at least have a tax base in this country, they can be taxed here & already have been, just not enough. Shareholders could be taxed too though they're a much harder target as so many people have put in fractions of a penny through 'portfolios'. For £50 you can buy into a variable portfolio of 500 companies (eg S&P500).
1
Corbyn was sabotaged by his own party, please at least try to keep up! 😮
1
it's interesting to note which parties know how to treat journalists, the journalists who are steering our thoughts when choosing a candidate to vote for...
1
I hope not! They've driven a quarter of the population into poverty
1
We don't pay Inheritance Tax on less than £1million 😂 Real people don't even dream of that much money! If you're not just trolling & you actually do want fair taxation vote Green!
1
What does your panel think of the 6 months after that discussion?
1
Why? We want money in our pockets & in Public Funds not in offshore hedgefunds! 😮
1
😂😂😂😂
1
@scottanderson2458 agreed!
1
Starmer's promises are all very pretty but they all vanish. #VoteGreen for promises which are sustained.
1
It's an investment fund but it's massively restricted, unlike the one offered by Corbyn in 2017 & '19 or the Greens now. Most countries have them & they put money into the Treasury as the projects they fund mature but they've got to be bigger to work, vote for the Green's one.
1
Cambridge Analytica, backed by Robert Mercer, who went on to give the world Trump.
1
😂😂😂 How have you managed to be so far out of touch? 😂😂😂
1
you are missing sooo much of what's been going on :-(
1
Did you watch/read Bloomberg's "The Big Brexit Short"? They're doing it again but this time they're not using Nadhim Zahawi's polling company they're talking directly to the Chancellor. (Robin) Crispin Odey has been 'donating' to Tory & Tory-MP funds for years now & he's getting kick-backs for it, similarly Robert Mercer (owner of Cambridge Analytica) whose psychologically-targetted social media ads are very likely to swing the Election (which way I wouldn't like to predict).
1
what isn't what?
1
the country does not need Government's despicable behaviours hidden by spin doctors! 😮
1
Starmer has already under promised, he's offering #MoreOfTheSame & an intensification of the austerity we've been suffering since 2010
1
Don't forget the "10 pledges" to the Labour Party that seem to have evaporated or the 10 pledges to the Board of Deputies that have miraculously survived.
1
This definition of Treason seems to apply: "The offense of attempting to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance, or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power; disloyalty; treachery"
1
@luke7708 ...and we have the Press to blame for Thatcher, the same Press which gave us "Hurrah for the Blackshirts" & "It's the Sun wot won it" & drummed Michael Foot & Jeremy Corbyn out of office & which still leads the country by the nose demonstrating how essential journalism is to democracy 😢
1
@andrewwalsh2755 you imply national debt has risen steadily for 40 years, it hasn't, it dropped sharply under Blair/Brown in 1997-2002 (29% of GDP) when they decided it had gone too far & brought it back up to 37% where it was going to remain steady but the 2008 Crash hit & took it up to 67% It was heading back down before the 2010 election. Since then it's been going up, fairly steadily till May & then the Covid mess-up took it up to 104% (118% according to the OECD). It's still not something to deal with urgently though, Japan was running theirs at 250% for decades & has gone up to 263% just recently.
1
@jameshall6061 you'll be one of the 'believers' then?
1
If we vote for children we get children 😢
