NEWATER is good.
1
Someone is not happy with that!!
1
Basic training material for Wafer fab mfg should be like this! Not boring!
1
Add to that Singapore's New Water. 75 to 80 percent are reclaimed and recycled. Some are placed back to reservoirs . Some are returned backs directly to industries such as wafer fabs. Underground tunnels were created to store the water.
1
Daewoo. Thats who!
1
You forgot S3.
1
AI is just a hype! Remember the Internet Boom? It collapse. - GREED to those Behemoths.
1
Yes, I agree that AI is here. In Christianity, this could be the tool of the Antichrist-. The writing is on the wall.
1
Yeah, it is already covered up. Outside of their counrty knew the truth and hordes of trolls are in denial and changing the narratives.
1
Thanks for covering this. I am near deaf on higher frequency sound. Recently, I bought a hearing aid, and I still find the cost prohibitive. Just saw at the end of your blog about Tympan open source hearing aid that might be cheaper. There might be a Cartel for the hearing aids industry as it is very expensive.
1
Warning! As much as instant noodles taste good, too much processed noodles consumption can make us sick.
1
Whatever
1
PLA- Not related to People's Liberation Army
1
As I keep reading the posts it gets annoying how does we pronounces it. Anyway, whatever is okay to me now.
1
Those were the days...
1
And you keep on eatin' and lovin' it?
1
We use recycled water in the fab called Newater.
1
I forgot the reason why the company is named SONY. So many myth one is the "Sound Of New York."
1
Hoping Filipino trolls will not block this channel as they are putting outright narrative lies up to this point of time.
1
Sun Solaris and its workstation is very stable for an Axcelis Implantation tool compared to Windows NT use by Applied Materials for their Quantim Implanter. Solaris software doesn't hang. MTBF is negligible. Too bad if Sun is still around, it could be very stable for the new generation Implant tools.
1
We use Germanium and Silicon gas for Ion implantation.
1
@paulzuithoff9527 Maybe he is using the YouTube/ google metric views? It can be done though
1
We picked a lot of NS/TI/ Fairchild TTL ICs that we used for our Logic Circuits Lab subject during my colleges days.
1
I need 9.99Meg Ohm-cm resitivity for my Implant tools!
1
I remember having a hobby of assemblying LED Display and experiment and bought those kits in Raon St. in Manila. That was in the early 80s. Bought breadboards and discrete components experimenting on TTL logic devices using LM 555 for our Digital Electronics Lab.
1
Quantum!!
1
@Erin Thor What is this Pun all about?
1
The AMD Manila plant was bought by Amkor Anam now Amkor Technology in the late 80s. That was my first job in Semicon related industry.
1
Funny, that on my 3rd job is with Intel Makati, assemblying the Pentium 1 chips.
1
Yeah, take a look at their MFG and management culture that's the reason why.
1
Enter Nissin Cup Noodle!!
1
How to have a media truthful media coverage? What I see is like who they support now.
1
@Johnny Bravo Strange, when wafer yield produce in the US is less than 80% compared to Asia, which is above 90% and then company earning is higher in the US than in Asia. My reference is the 'G' company.
1
Isn't covid an experimental biological weapon?
1
Come on. America is behind the lithography business. ASML of Netherlands is on the leading edge right now. Second is Japan with Canon, Nikon and TEL. Correct me if there's some American company that produce Litho equipments. AMAT is not. Other than that, they lead on other wafer fab equipment steps.
1
@RandomByte89 If Malta in NY, THEN Global Foundries
1
We have IME....and A-star
1
@xenuburger7924 Should that be Chengdu?
1
Will China be able to leapfrog the West's technology for this process? They were telling us that they can match 7 nanometer technology without EUV!!
1
Why so serious? - Joker.
1
@miaya3898 Yeah, granted, we have better yield, but how about the volume of rice we produce?
1
I missed out buying ATi. Instead it was GeForce 3 and Matrox Millennium. Great that ATi was bought by AMD, now their chips is made in TSMC rather than GloFo.
1
So true, this video is the same scenario we are experiencing in Singapore.
1
@nunyabiznes33 Basi or rice wine?
1
Fab tools have optional tremor sensors to shut down the operation of the machines. For Fabs based in Singapore, most sensors were disabled. Those sensors were very sensitive as our counterparts in the US mostly encountered false shutdowns.
1
@andymouse Nope! Somebody above corrected it. Like Slum- ber-jay. My handler vendor corrected me 28 years ago.
1
Resist coating that has not been stripped well is the "enemy" of Implant as too much outgassing is experience in the early days of wafer manufacturing. We will just see the chamber and the surrounding area as full of resists by products that cause potential wafer scrappage due to particle during implant. Wafer patterns are scratched in a batch processing type of implant.
1
SOI? We have that!
1
@edrd6257 Chartered Semiconductor Fab7 last time.
1
Motorola previously has a joint venture with Chartered. Along that, CSP produce copper inter connect wafers. That was the rage back then: copper inter connect technology. And how in the world TSMC perfected the copper low k interconnect? Finish the whole video.
