  27. No, he's not. He's making people choose between what they get now or his money. Oh, and he uses a regressive tax to pay for it. And he opposes increasing the minimum wage. And his answer to rent control when prices inevitably go up is to pool together with several friends to buy "a fixer upper." And he doesn't want to do anything to regulate the monopolies that exist because of deregulation.

  34. If you're in theater, you get several awards. I was in the National Guard and activated for the Iraq War, and I saw no combat. I got something like four decorations just for being there (Army Achievement Medal, Good Conduct, theater medal, and one more that I can't remember, but in my defense, it's been 18 years). Awards mean very different things.

  47. In many ways, Elizabeth Warren is Obama 2.0. A lot of the reason why Obama didn't get more done is that he accepted the restraints of the system as it was. I think that the status quo restrains Warren a lot more than it does Bernie.
