@charonboat6394 A more accurate metaphor is the Law and Justice party (an ironic name) is a murder who says he is against the death penalty due to his religious beliefs. He didn't care about his religious beliefs when he was committing murder, but he is willing to quote scripture to avoid the consequences of his actions. It is all very hypocritical and self servings.
3
@charonboat6394 It was unconstitutional to fire previous judges to appoint loyalists. Do you not know what a metaphor is?
3
@charonboat6394 Judicial independence is a requirement for EVERY STATE in the EU, so why should Poland and Hungary be excluded?

That is because it is heavily subsidized by the Chinese government. Bad news, they have a near monopoly. Goods news, the Chinese taxpayer has to pay a large part of every solar plant built.
3
@kristoffer3000 That is true in first world countries and the inverse is true in developing countries.
3
Why do all of Putin's rivals die under mysterious circumstances?
3
@univeropa3363 You bots are getting lazy.
3
Chinese Trolls: This is CIA propaganda!
3
@wicketandfriendsparody8068 If Putin ever steps down, then his rivals in Russia will make sure he suffers a similar fate as Leon Trotsky.
3
@dvklaveren It worked out pretty for America until the country unknowingly elected a socialist imbecile who is going to sink the economy with out of control spending on 'free stuff'.

I would take the timeline of the "point of no return" with grain of salt. Climatologist are very good at showing the effect of fossil fuels over time, but they have a terrible track record at making predictions. They are like the weatherman who can accurately tell you why it is snowing today, but is continuously wrong at predicting what day it will snow later in the week.
3
@adityachk2002 To continue my weatherman metaphor, it would be smart to bring an umbrella
3
@cjm8160 How do you get a country of uneducated peasant farmers who rarely have access to electricity to catch up with a high tech and industrial powerhouse like South Korea?
3
Shock therapy could change things this decade if there isn't backtracking.

Grant needs to grow a beard or bring back Simon. It not enough to be bald with a Hawaiian shirt. #BringBackSimon
3
@Pyrrhic. Keynesians believe that recessions are inevitable. Also, you can't have infinite Keynesian stimulus, because this government debt will eventually need to be paid for. The theory is you pay for it during good times by having a tax surplus. In reality, the stimulus payments continue until it causes a economic collapse that the government no longer has the good credit to handle.

@Zerradable That explains why no one is having kids

Africa is a poor. A wealthy country in Africa would be considered poor in Europe by comparison.
3
What facts are you disputing?

Here comes the Russian trolls.
3
@SeeLasSee It is not just about manufacturing. It is about have a middle class consumer market to sell to.

The Trump administration's promotion of neo-Nzi and far-right parties across Europe has just solidified opposition to America in the EU.

America left Iraq, and the Shiite started openly discriminating against Sunnis. The Sunnis then joined ISIS in retaliation, and then took over 20% of the country. Iraq then begged America to come back to push ISIS out of the country, and act as diplomatic between the ethic groups. Iraq and Lebanon can't form functioning governments, because Iran proxies keep destabilizing the countries.
3
It sounded like capitalism was improving the country and reducing poverty until government corruption and socialist policies undermined all the progress.

@mrbad3036 Czar* Pootin

@lewis123417 I think the point he was making was that giving up their nukes would mean giving up the deteriorate for invasion.
3
The worst part is that these people aren't getting rich by producing value, but instead are only getting rich due to government connections.
3
I think they were referencing only to Arab Sunnis as Kurdish Sunnis can't really be categorized together.
3
Poor Yemani kids too

That is why Stalin had the country industrialize even if it met there wouldn't be enough resources to keep millions from starving.
3
The channel has been covering elections around the world. Why draw the line on America's presidential election?
3
@andreimoutchkine5163 What is the "evil that is the West"? National Sovereignty? Democracy? Anti-Imperialism?

Argentina is the IMF's sunk cost fallacy.
3
@리주민 In Texas, we require little accreditation for most careers. As long as his expertise is credible with his clients, he should be fine.
3
You are ignoring the following three decades of stagnation.
3
It funny how Trump supporters instantly trusted the NYT when they broke the Clinton email story, but now they claim the NYT makes stuff up when it comes to Trump's taxes.
3
@chefmovkta7433 I agree. Iraq had more modern equipment.
3
@FlamingBasketballClub Because China is a mover in global politics. If Brazil or South Africa negotiated Iran and Saudi Arabia reopening up relations, then it would have been the topic.
3
You know the Venezuela oil industry collapsed because they scared off American investors? I'm not sure what is so evil about using foreign money to buy the equipment needed to increase productivity in exchange for the foreign investor getting a cut of the new increased productivity?
3
Arguably China. Where do you think all the foreign investment came from to make an impoverished China into a manufacturing powerhouse?
3
@phunkymonkiee The state companies have large market share due government substities and a state-mandated preference to use CCP run companies, but they are still not very profitable. I wouldn't be surprised if state-managed investment funds won't be used to prop up poorly run state firms.
3
@unclepaulhahrrgis8730 Unlike Bush or Obama, Trump and Biden couldn't care less about the Afghans. The Afghans knew this and that is why they gave up so quickly.
3
@alexlazar4738 Everyone has the right to a jury of their peers. It is a choose instead of a requirement. Since trials are expensive and risky, prosecutors will offer lighter sentences to the alleged criminal to avoid a trial. If the defendent doesn't like the offer he can always without exception choose a jury trial. If you think this is the same as an authoritarian government like China where a judge and prosecution work together to have a 99.99% conviction rating, then there is no helping you.
3
Value school stories are so boring! Go back to the old formula.
3
@imakro69 What are you taking about? The Eastern European countries that joined the EU had a huge growth in the standardof living for their citizens, while Russia and Belarus flounder economically.
3
That is true as long as you ignore the economic data.
