  4.  @justanotheroldguy738  Germany has no war. Germany is one of main forward-bases serving the entire Middle-East and West-Asia. It's in the heart of Europe. There are military-hospitals there so military-personel can have complex treatments to not lose them on the long way back to the states. Russia would love to get rid of this base because Ukraine is also supplied from there.
