Even the core of Republicans and Democrats the Corporate Democrats and Corporate Republicans who call themselves "moderates" but are in the end just Neo-Liberals with Corporate interest cannot prevent society from further drifting apart. The Status Quo is no longer an option. This is why people move away from the corporate center to the left in form of Progressives and even further to the Right in Form of Trumpists reaching a point when they try to end Democracy. If the center not start adopting Progressive policies soon to cool down the greed people will continue to suffer and America will self-destruct.

  14. Just to make sure. NOONE should be able to escape sanctions by giving up Russian citizenship. People can just pretend and when Putin asks for money give him his money - even with a foreign passport. The question is: "How did you made your money?" And you better have a really good answer to this. And when was your last visit to Russia and when did you dealed last time with Putin or other Oligarchs. And you better have good answers to that too. But noone can be let off the hook before this war ended and potentially even until Putin is removed from power.

  18. Actual voting fraud is very hard to do and is strongly punished in the US. Didn't the 60 court cases Trump lost and the lack of evidence on this showed this. There is only a handful cases and the majority even Republicans himself done that ... on 150 mio votes. That's why noone bothers with pyhsical voter fraud. And why should you: It's much simpler and much cheaper nowadays to just seed false claims, misinformation and targetted (mis)information campaigns via social media. Manipulating the voters not the vote. And it worked across the globe. 2016 presidential election, 2016 UK Brexit Referendum, 2017 german general election, 2019 UK general election and a ton of countries in Africa and South-America. It's a tool now. And they getting better every time. And the electoral protection are not fit for purpose and lack technical a decade behind.

  28. He is not telling the hole truth. Just about Voter-ID which is for some reason after 50 years a problem (or should I say after GA voted blue for the first time in 50 years). Lets talk about the decrement of drop-boxes. They changed it to one box for 100.000 people in a county meaning dense areas getting only one box for all citizens in the area and small towns (mostly Republican voters still have their one box for the 1000 people voting there). Or lets talk about the voting-day. Not being Sunday or a holiday. And the opening times closing on or before end of day-worktime. Or that Republicans can actually now decide partisan what ballots can be thrown out. And the Voting-ID? Is it free for poor people? Do you need ID to get VoteID ... probably. So they actually made it even harder to get registered. Than what about the rules about throwing out people from the registry without telling them about it? Or the rule to not be able to count the mailin ballots before election day, so the final result is available on election day. A law multiple states voted against ... and after the election complained why it took so long, where the "Dumps" of mailin ballots suddenly came from. Or lets talk about the number of election offices. Reduced in Democrat area so, which happend to be densly populated and thefore longer queues starts to build up .... increases waiting times and creating problems with foot, water and so on. It simply needs more voting offices in dense areas. But no ... do everything to make voting in those areas as unpleasant and potentially dangerous for health as possible. I mean this guy is Republican, he is losing his job next year if don't changes something. Of course they fight with all means to stay.

Trump started the trade war which costs both sides billions in trade every year and Biden is too centered too people-loving too rational to be cheated on trade deals or giving into Chinese wishes. In other words neither candidate was good for them.   33. 200 years ago Britain was an enemey with the risk of coming back. 200 years ago there was no police. 200 years ago there was no army as you know it today. This law is outdated. Almost the hole world besides some backwater dictatorships or 3rd countries have prohibited weapons and in all relevant statistics they are much safer. The weapons having the opposit effect they should have, they not make it safer, they make it more unsafe. And therefore weapons create the very problem they are there to solve.

  38. Sweden tried to go without Lockdown ... they regret it ever since ... and their economy is as damaged as countries with Lockdown-measures. And you forgot another thing. 650,000 fewer Americans means 650,000 fewer workers potentially highly qualified workers which cannot be replaced easily. But it also means 650,000 fewer people consuming goods, paying rent or morgage going to holidays. Everyone one of us is consuming goods and using services, but fewer people means less sells meaning smaller economy. Therefore having as little people as possible dying on Covid is economical benefitial.

Actually the world is only shrugging shoulders and mildly amused what backwater rules you have to registration or better that you need registration, all of Europe excluding UK has Auto-Registration and the election rules are clearly centrally and equally defined. And most in Europe vote on Weekends if not even Sundays. The US-System is 70 years outdated and desperatly need reforms and cleanup from all this slight manipulations in favor of the Republicans.

The end of the presidency made Trump legally a normal citizen again ... in possession of Confidential, Classified, Top Secret and even above Top Secret SCIF material. If you or I had done his with just 1 document we would be sitting in jail for espionage and potentially even high-treason.

  48. The fate of the Republican Party was sealed the moment they acquitted Trump in the 2nd impeachment trial. They wasted a golden opportunity to make a finishing line under Trump and had 2 full years to fix things again. Now the mid-terms are 4 months closer and the time is starting to run out. The absence of any policy, the unwillingness to cooperate for what voters want (all Democrat proposal are widely popular even among Republican voters for example Covid-Relief NOONE of them voted for it) and the crazyness spreading like crazy in the party is doing it's part to seal the fate. The Republican Party is now torn apart between loyalty to Trump and loyalty to America. Trump's pushing is making it impossible to stay in the middle. The question is now as a Republican: Do you want to be a collaborator to overturn America or do you want to protect America?
