  4. My theory it's a lack of empathy. You cannot be funny if you arn't able to put yourself in another persons mind. They have to fake emotions as well (besides anger) which makes every normal human cringy when watching this. Like a 15 year old on his first date. Have you seen a funny right-winger ... ever. Can you imagine Hitler or Mao making jokes, probably extremly bad ones at best everyone would be appaled. Even Trump when trying to show emotions or makeing jokes were cringy. They just can't do it. It always feel insincere and artificial. There is a little test to this. Barly noone notices this. But watch closely when sociopaths get applause. They tend to applaud with the audience for themselves. They applaude themselves without realzing how cringy this is for everyone to watch. All Dictators, all autocrats, all sociopaths and psychopaths doing this. Keep an eye out for this. However if you ask why, please ask someone with a degrees in psychology. Maybe is because they just copy the emotional reaction around them due to absence of their own sense for that and don't realize that in this case it's inapporiate. It's a serious lack of empathy (or social competency if you prefer).

You may have been groomed into thinking that but it's a well place lie.   8. How many people live in Washington? How many of them actually work in government? Why should millions of people not have a vote and say in national matters? Washington D.C. has more citizens than some other states. It's undemocratic that they pay tax, work, live like everybody else but have no say. In a way the US is occupying them no different than Britain occupied the US colonies more than 200 years ago.

  9. Everyone has a bad day once in a while, but when age-related fitness is your problem these things are more the rule than the exception. Everytime I hear Biden having to speak freely without a note or teleprompter the issues reappear I seen it for a while now and it scares me. It scares me how Trump can use that because this is not a lie for a change everyone can see that and Biden cannot explain it all away. And when the left lies and pretends all is well the right will use that too like "see they lying to you and probably lie on everything else".

  21. Kamala Harris should be a little more carful with the words she uses. The actually used "believe" in context of the Mueller-Report. Being a member of the intelligence committee I hope she not just believes, but actually knows. It's a small but extremly important difference especially nowadays when so many lies are around. It's the difference between fact and belief which is the fine difference between Biden and Trump, between lies and facts, between true informations (=facts) and believable lies.

  26. I'm sorry. I like her political opinions as far as I know them. But I'm afraid America is not quite ready for such a president. If the Democrats try they will lose. And if I have this opinion with my left standpoint others will have it 10 times stronger. AOC is presidential material. Elizabeth Warren is presidential material. And there are a ton of men who are. But Harris no not really. But I have to admit I can't quite put my finger on the reason for it. It's just some resistance I feel in my stomach.   29. Sometimes I wonder if the Democrats want to lose or maybe are payed by legal bribery (donations) to lose intentionally especially when progressives getting too influential. Progressive Democrats do not take Corporate PAC money they can do what their voters want. People who take Corporate Money are not free they need to give something back to the donor (Corporations, Wealthy individuals) or the donations will dry up next time. Republicans always take any donation they can get a hand on. So for Corporate Democrats (the so called "moderates") Corporate Republicans are closer to them than Progressives in their own party who not listen to Corporations like they do or Republicans do. So is it so unlikely that some might prefer to lose to Republicans than lose to Progressives? Progressives if they ever have enough influence will really drain the swamp and dissolve this corrupt system of legal bribery and will introduce complete transparency. All things Republicans and Corporate Democrats hate.

They plastered the box with labels to stay away from it, to never dare open it and about dangers in it but noone actually know what's in it. Maybe "socialist" should first describe what they are aiming for. The goal, the world and ways how humans would live in it because noone actually knows this people have only been told it's awful but if you ask them about it they don't know. Having said that I'm not a friend of extreme socialism. I like some of it and society need some of it, but not all of it. Socialism as a system especially as a political system is not compatible with the human nature (not as much as Communism). Why repeating history? Look at Germany after WW2 meaning 40 years long until the iron curtain fell. East Germany tried real socialism as Marx and Engels postulated (not Communism like in the USSR) and West Germany sticked to social democracy. Germany until this day is trying to revert the mismanagement of those 40 years and although 30 years have passed there are still some things no yet normalized. Learn from it. Take the best things of market economy/capitalism and the best things of socialism and you get social market economy, the thing Germany is running now for 70 years and altough it's far from perfect it's much better than what the US having right now in some kind of elbow-society where your worth and living-standard is based on how good you can exploit others, hurt your rivals and lie to your benefit instead of truth, honesty, dialog, cooperation and consensus to work for the greater good.

Global warming is only the engine for it and heating up all water on the planet by 2° has it's drawbacks (ever tried heating up just your swimming pool by 2° than you know how much energy that eats ... try that with 4 oceans). But climate change ... well changes the climate. Unusual weather, temperatures going to extrem both extrem warm and extreme cold, jetstream stuttering leading to extreme dry and extrem wet periods of weather over longer times. It can go all ways the point is we heated up all water by 2° and the energy is in there and now screwing up all weather patterns on the planet. Of course storms, hurricans, taifuns and tornados as well ... the energy need to go somewhere.

  35. White Supremecists and Trump supporters are currently a larger threat to the United States and it's democracy than any other threat internal or external. They managed to do something Russia tried during the cold war and terrorists since the Iron Curtain fell: Destabilize the US Democracy, the hole country. And while they all failed, the danger from within since Trump brought the country to the brink. It turns out lies and misinformation are in the end more dangerous than weapons.

  50.  @genuinelady6067  All of Trumps court cases are based on evidence presented to a grand-jury deciding that the presented evidence justifices an indicment of a former US president. Unfortunatly Trump escaped the trials by becoming president so we will never get an answer to question "Guilty or not guilty". What the DOJ is doing here has nothing of that. It's just political.
