  5. The problem is that people have opinions on things they not really understand. The opinion was created because someone told them to fear but they don't know why or of it's even justified. We need to define and understand different terms and concepts to have any meaningful debate. Capitalism - Market Economy - Planning Economy - Social - Socialism - Socialist - Communist - Communism If you know what these terms are and mean we can make a reasonable debate about what is best for you and best for us.

  7. You vote for whoever you disagree with the least. Why? Well there is no other way unless you run yourself. You will never be 100% happy and in America you can only choose between two. Feels sometimes a little like blackmail doesn't it? Yeah well ... change the system like in other democracies giving you a choice between more than 2 parties without serious vote-splitting issues. And vote in the primaries ... only in the primaries you can choose between more of the same or real change.

This is year is particular bad with Trump occupying 50% of all news. Do you think if the polls are still 50-50 after this much coverage there is a real last minute change towards Biden?

  9. The lady talking about Infrastructure actually used the word "honesty" ... there couldn't be more irony. But this isn't funny anymore it's reality-denial and only sad at this point. Just take away this ladies pipes in her home and ask her again if pipes and water are infrastructure. Take away her internet and ask her again if this is infrastructure. Take away her electrical power and ask her again if this is infrastructure. Suggest to her she can have the pipes back but only if she takes the lead-variation. Furthermore. Tell her her walls and ceilings in her home and workplace are going to be insulated with asbestos and if she is willing to continue to work and live there (and ask her if her healtcare plan includes cancer).

You know in Europe the "libs" (the Neo-Liberals) are not leftists, they are centrists almst right, people standing for bussiness and self-employed people so actually more what the "Republicans" are. Liberals are actually that what Republicans are. They want low regulations, lean state, low state influence and minimum taxes. That's EXACTLY what Republicans want. So re-align your political compass and check what you say. "Liberals" are not what you want. Their goal is to cheat on workers, consumers, customers, taxes in order to maximize profits this is what they call "liberal" = free to do what you want (to maximize profits) = free to exploit and cheat the system without someone restricting them.

Because blue states are net contributors. Meaning they have more income than they need. Red States have less income than they need and always need federal help which is coming from blue states and some rich red states like Texas or Florida.

  22. I usually try to avoid clips like this. For the same reason I try to avoid making-offs because it ruins my illussion I have about actors. I know it's not real. I know they have their real life and opinions but I don't want to spoil movies I like by hearing what they really think or do. I know this is reality-denial to a degree but I want to hard seperate fiction from reality on this and think that is acceptable to do.

  30. From my observations of American politics over years I noticed one thing: Missing consequences. You can apply this to almost all facets of daily and political life. Cops running around with immunity, politicans doing bad politics and still getting elected, rich people getting away with crimes or weak punishments, lying on the media without consequences, lying in campaigns without consequences, lying in congress and government without consequences, corruption barely enforced and if with weak consequences, bussiness breaking regulations without consequences, white collar crimes has barely consequences ... and when there are no consequences or only weak ones people keep doing it. Whenever humans are freed from the consequences of their actions it is exploited and begins to corrupt.

Shooting, trying to destroy doors and gates to reach certain politicians and threaten them even with hanging them or kill them when found ... If that is not sedition, what is? Is it possible history is repeating itself in human life-cycle spans so every 100 years because the 3rd generation after the generation which suffered 100 years has no personal connection anymore through time? For the 2 generations before they were children and grandchildren they still had someone in the family from that era. Does humanity life in cycles? Do we never learn and always need to learn it the hard way?

  36. Trump promise them supremacy and a solution to all problems - him and a return to old glory. And people fell for it. Quite frankly almost everybody can fall for it unless you know what Trump really does. Use the opportunity to grab power but not intending to solve anything. He makes it even worse and that's intended. The more problems there are the more likely they look for him as the person to solve it. Be very very careful here this is important (!): Trumpism does not come from the poor although it sometimes looks like that. Trumpism comes from the middle-class seeing the problems in the country and getting scary they lose what they have (!). I can't point this out enough. The same mistake was done in Europe in the United Kingdom. The middle-class often wealthy enough to provide the private funding for that is fueling this! And it arises from people who have a good life but see the problems and fear losing it! That's why they pick on the foreigners and immigrants. That's why they pick on the poor (if they get worse I get better) because they look for reason. And that's why Trump has an easy game because THEY are wealthy and can pay him to protect them for it ... or so he says. Please don't make the wrong assumptions here, or we are all doomed no matter if you are in America or Europe because the same is developing there as well.

While Biden has no control over the OPEC which increased their prices to offset losses on income in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid. People blame Biden for Shortage of Goods, Trade Problems and Higher Prices. But the problem comes from greedy See-Transport Corporations who created an artifically bottleneck on the logistics chain. People blame Biden for not Delivering on his agenda and worse for not even trying. See Build Back Better Bill. Problem: Corporate Democrats are bribed by Corporations to pass as little as possible at best nothing because everything more could lead to increase in Corporation Tax and lower profit margins for the Corporations. People blame Biden for leaving Afghanistan while Trump negotiated this and not complying would have meant war with the Taliban and the US staying in Afghanistan. People blame Biden for opening up new Oil-Fields for investors. But Biden is not at fault here, Trump made this deal Biden is now legally bound to do them but the media is blaming him. People blame Biden for making an Open-Border Policy to Mexico. But in reality he didn't changed a law of Trump although people on the left want him to. Result: The Right don't like him because of a lie, the left don't like him because he did not change anything since Trump. The list goes on and on.

And the absence of the US because of the Uguire-topics, the lack of Human Rights, Democratical Principals, Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Press and the Rule of Law would be major embarassement maybe even insult for the CCP in view of the hole world. They will distort the olympics to a major propaganda event for the Chinese Government that is absolutely sure. To show the world how "advanced" how "good" they are. The Chinese Government is paying billions every year in Softpower measures around the globe to actively influence the worlds opinion about the Chinese Government (they will say about China, but this is only about the government not the people). And they will place their glory and prestige AND power over the intent and spirit of this event. In a way they even corrupt the purpose of this event: Peaceful, equal, open and fair competition. [Open (T...wan?), Fair competition? (IP Theft, Destruction of the Biosphere for Profit, Exploitation of humans and nature for profit) Don't make me laught.] The more I think about it, the more the world has the duty to not take part not with diplomats and not with athlets. Western Democracies would like to continue to trade and cooperate with China but only under one condition: That China starts following the rules the rest of the world operates under and stop cheating for profit. At least Human Rights, the Uigure-issue and the Rule of Law should be uphold. Asking for Democracy might be too much at this point. It might be good for the Chinese People but never for the Chinese Government as it would end their grip on the people.

  49. Maybe you should re-read how Hitler get into power in the 1930'ties. There are some similarities and noone could ever imagine before what would happen later. If you want advice. Start to see Trump as a child and treat him like that. Noone really recognises this but most of his popularity comes from exactly this without people noticing or only unconciously. Ask geriatic experts (experts for old people) they will confirm you that old people mentally start turning into children at some point and the best way is to start treating them like that again. It turns out they even like it. That's why Trump admires strong-arm/authoritarian political figures like Putin, Erdogan like some fathers would be to his kids. However the danger is if you treat someone like that as an adult or if you give him to much power. Now add one element to it: Trump is a spoiled brat, pampered all his life. What happens when you have a child like that? The funny thing is, the evidence is right before us, the way he speaks, thinks, deals with rivals, deal with friends, ex-friends and experts telling him what to do and like he deals with problems is exactly that of a child. Look closer and you will find the child in all of it. Hitler was also a child but was not recognised or treated as such with devestating results. You should ask youself do you want the most powerful man in America, maybe even in the world, who is actually a child, having so much power without any feeling for responsibility? And there is another danger. This mental condition makes him prone to outside manipulation especially from people in his personal surroundings. I especially think about e.g. Kushner here a psychopath if I have ever seen one but I bet there is a long line of people trying to manipulate him in their favor. If I were Biden I would strongly react to Trump. Confront him. Try to intimidate him. Acting like a adult would with a naughty child. This would not only help with Trump, but also with his supporters because they suffer from a similar problem being childs needing strong leadership and a direction. They think Trump is this, but don't recognize that he turned into a kid already. Their subconcious have recognized this that's why he gets extra sympathy because their subconcious tells them "he is just a kid". A deadly combination (political speaking).
