So who will certify the election 2024? Mike Johnson? Why Do I get vibes of a retry of Jan-06 fake elector scheme?
2
Trump does all the unpopular stuff and none of the popular stuff. Kind of like an Anti-Populist. And the stuff he does in the most incompetent way possible often having the opposit effect of what was intended.
2
Unfortunatly the people have a short memory. And if "Republican" is written on the box their voters never look inside and buy it no matter how expensive it is for them ... even if it turns out the box is empty or full of s...t.
2
There are 2 seperat questions please don't mix them: 1) Is Biden fit enough to serve another 4 years / is Biden the best to fight Trump? 2) Do you vote blue or Trump?
2
What we see: The 5 Steps of Acceptance - 1) Denial 2) Anger 3) Bargaining 4) Depression 5) Acceptance
2
Can't wait to see DeSantis with "Obstruction of Justice" before court.
2
Can a new president change the pardons of a former president?
2
Because people want change and Biden stands only for more of the same.
2
Just 2 sentences and you already contradicting yourself. Pathetic.
2
America has had capitalism for 230 years and Trickle-Down-Economics for 45 years. How much longer do you want to pretend this works?
2
It was better than now ... but this was also before Covid so you cannot really compare those two. And I can remember even back then not everything was as good as you describe it. In fact America was directly before a recession caused by 2 years of Trump.

US citizens trust in government is the least among all modern democracies I noticed of all major modern democracies the US has the least trust on the government. People in the US always assume the worst motives from the government. That's why they want to keep their guns, that's why they mistrust any actions concering the wider public even if it's in order to protect people from a pandemic or other threats and that's why they want the government to be small and not involving ("regulating"). In other countries this is totally different. Scandinavia, Taiwan, South-Korea, Japan, Lituania and Germany for example show an implicit trust to what the government is asking the citizens to do. And sometimes this mean even things people may not like but which are necessary. Sure this also has cultural reasons and for sure historical background but the baseline is, the better the government the more trusted it is. And here is where I come back to the US. Because US Citizens have more than enough reason to mistrust the government in the US. They give them constantly reason for this, especially during Republicans presidencies. There is corruption, greed and opportunism in all areas. Member of Congress seem to vote differently than what they say and actually vote even against the public interest. Add to this Insider trade, Bribery ... I mean "Donations" and in-party fighting. And the country is stagnating in the status quo of corporate exploitating not matter of Democrats or Republicans are in power and hardly anything ever changes. So this becomes a self-sustaining cycle. Bad Government -> No Trust -> Less Government -> Even worse government rinse and repeat.

The real name of this is: Social-Democracy
2
Replaced by Fox and Newsmax and Right-wing social media. They do the thinking for them.
2
Assuming this is actually true: Why are such facts not shared on MSM? When people begin to understand the full background they can begin to see the manipulation done to them and for what reasons.
2
That's not even a policy. That's a fear-making topic. They don't even have a solution for it because they don't want to. If the problem would go away there is no reason to vote them. So they promise and promise and promise but never intending to solve anything really.
2
@peaceandllov I asked if you would give this school your kids everyday. This is a simple yes or no question. And please be honest you will not lose your Maga membership by saying no.
2
@sylviadeklerk6268 Unfortunatly voters have the memory of fruit fly and the behaviour of moths to a flame.
2
In the absence of trust and knowledge people believe what they like and don't believe what they don't like. A vicious cycle because truth is more often stuff you probably don't like. And reality (truth) doesn't care what you believe if you go against it you lose.

An american EU? Maybe between Canada and Mexico, but not with US they will never be willing to give up any sovereignity. It would be a perversion of the EU-model, a "peaceful" takeover by the US. Actually the model the UK tried to implement but the EU not cooperated. I have a simple test for this: Ask any american if he/she would be willing to accept that some regulations (laws) are influenced if not even made by Mexicans, or Canadians for that matter. Because that would be the requirement to accept that you are just one voice in a chorus.
2
I was wondering about Trumps hand gestures lately because I see them so often. They remind me of catholic priests. It is possible Trump was so fascinated by it in his youth that this somehow was engraved into his psyche and later unconsiously adopted in public speeches to give it more gravitas?
2
What is that? Biden Derangement Syndrome? He didn't ran. He is ending his career and retires. Congrats you won. Trump and Hegseth are your prize.
2
Ranked choice voting is only a workaround for a real Proportional Voting System and still not 100% transfer how the people vote to how the parliament should look like.
2
I disagree. Jan-06 was a failed violent Coup-Attempt directly on the center of Democracy to overturn an election-outcome the Wrong-Wing didn't liked.
2
The number of Flags you have or the number how often you listen or play the national anthem does not define your patriotism. Arguably the more you have of that the less you are.
2
Yes. To save democracy in this country.
2
I wonder what this host thought during this interview. He must have been fuming hearing this and in that tone and prevented by Fox to speak his mind. Besides that I would remark. John F. Kennedy would rotate in this grave.
2
Is it possible all this comes down to hating to admit being conned and being wrong? It it possible all this is just because humans don't like that? And how long you keep up the resistance to do that before finally giving up and simply say "I was wrong."
2
They did not get a fair chance. MSM and DNC suppressing it as much as they can.
2
It doesn't sit well with me when people say "why don't you talk about Trump instead". People pretending America wouldn't do that for the last 10 years. This year is particular bad with Trump occupying 50% of all news. Do you think if the polls are still 50-50 after this much coverage there is a real last minute change towards Biden?
2
Trump: "Good boy. You get an extra 1,000$ for saying that. [quite] Maybe."
2
The problem is at some point you reached the bottom of what's possible. And if you continue to cut down spending it leads to more criminality, more healthcare issues, more decaying infrastructure, and and and basically the whole society is starting to fall apart and people notice and want a change and they take whoever promise improvements. But last time they fall for Trump who only made it worse so now the left has a chance ... and using it.
2
Argueably the US first needs 50 years of Democrat leadership before it's ready for that.
2
Not loyalty, devotion and obediance. Loyalty includes telling you when you make a mistake to protect you from it, but Trump doesn't want to hear it. He sees it as disloyalty if not even betryal disagreeing with him. Hence this is not loyalty but devotion.
2
Biden was old and slow but not dement or insane. Trump is both.
2
Sometimes I wonder if the GOP makes life in red states intentionally worse for normal people so the smart ones move to blue states and they can keep their power in the Red State. And the superich only need some peasants to clean their stuff and serve them food. The last thing superich need are smart guys who tell everyone how bad they are.
2
Regarding clickbait - A word of warning. I started to actively ignore videos where I spot obvious clickbait title even from progressive channels like yours or BTC's. You both overused this technique over the last 2 years and I fallen for it 2 or 3 times. I just tell Youtube "ignore video". As a result your channel is much less often suggested to me even being a subscriber and watching for over 4 years.
2
Simpler. He wants the viewer to get angry about something even if unfounded or ridiculous. Angry people are easier to manipulate. Angry people are less reasonable. And Tucker ensures there is always something to get angry over.
2
Prove it by example ... or it didn't happen.
2
Yeah. "The Chosen Race" and "Purity of Blood" is not far at this point.
2
They are not really stupid, but they allow Fox and Tucker to do the thinking for them.
2
Keep angering Denmark. There is already a NATO base in Greenland. Perhaps he wants it closed by Denmark out of anger. I wonder which countries would love that?
2
Why not? Should voters not have the chance to say if they want to keep the candidate or have a new one?
2
I can see only a sorry loser who hate that even more Democrats pop up. Washington D.C. is not a nation of it's own. London is also not a nation of it's own. It's part of England and votes with England. The Vatican is indeed a Nation on it's own from the Catholic Church. Rome however is not. All European capital cities are either their own federal state or part of a state around them. If it's federal at all not all are Republics. You are a sore Republican who see Republican influences further diminished by giving a large part of the population who was ignored for so long a voice and a vote.
2
Question: Why does the US think it is okay, that the state knows who you usually vote for? I mean this information is used for targetted advertisement e.g. on Facebook or Neighbourhoods, it can be used for Gerrymandering and other purposes. In most countries in Europe this is a private information noone especially not the government get this info.
2
Rubbish! The super-rich added 1 trillion dollar to their wealth right in the pandemic. It's only a question who and what you tax but the rule should always be: Tax the people who hardly feel it anyway and take the hit without problems.
2
Regarding the amount of money spend - Don't forget the number being thrown around are over 8 years. The US has yearly expenses of 4,400,000,000 $ (data from 2019). If you multiply that by 8 years and incorporate that better infrastructure leads to more jobs and more bussiness than you could even make an argument it's still too little. Besides Biden is not planning to make more debt, but to tax fair again.
2
You sure? People vote against Trump but not against another Republican.
2
He has 25 years of experience in politics, call it learning by doing but when you do this over a decade you get fine nose for how things develop. And reality not always works like they tech in school.
2
I can understand why. It would look really suspicious to just idly sitting around while real white collar crimes are happening. So they pretend to be busy with this 21st century witchhunting.
