Originally it was simply a shortened version of cuckold (a man who got pleasure from his wife/girlfriend being with other men, often to the point of being actively humiliated while it happened). But the word cuck has evolved to essentially just be about any person who is willing to degrade and humiliate themselves for any sort of attention or affirmation. So someone like Ted Cruz, who after the orange traitor insulted his wife and father, got on his knees to support him. Who humiliated himself endlessly to praise him and work for him, just so he could get any sort of attention in return.

I know countless really good Christians, who are open minded, respectful, accepting, believe in science, have no objections to others peoples religions or lifestyles. DEI both focuses on hiring the most qualified person for the job (instead of just the white man who showed up and gets the job without qualifications) and on ending discrimination in the workplace AFTER people are hired. But see, that's why white people HAVE to lie about what DEI is. Because otherwise they'd have to admit that they're NOT the most qualified person for every job. Because as soon as a companies stops ONLY hiring white people, and opens the door to everyone, suddenly white people stop getting all the jobs. Because other people are MORE qualified. So white people lie and claim that DEI "forces" companies to hire those people, and that somehow the black woman with two PhD's isn't really as qualified as the white guy who dropped out of high school and has been working at his dad's workshop.
