  1.  @TealJosh  corruption, how so? Qatar pays their military well. The Saudis have more technologically superior military than most European nations. And Kuwait punishes corruption by death.   12. The concept of MAD is so wrong. 60+ years since no nuclear attack cannot stack up against thousands of years worth of crazed Warlords, who would've used a nuke without a second thought... Imagine handing those weapons over to Alexander, or Attila, and expecting restraint - let alone more recent Warlords, such as Hitler or even Mugabe.

  22. Corruption will be the downfall of any military industry. Without the cold war, America seems to be heading down that path. Those corrupt officials need to face real consequently, like prison. Just look at once great militaries and how corruption has decimated their power, such as South Africa and Russia.
