  30. No, actually, they have as much space as a suitable takeoff slope, thermals, wind, ridge lift, and landing areas permit. Unless you have a paramotor, you can't just toodle off wherever you want. And on a good day for launching, it can get really popular real quick. But still, it's about the only way you can fly yourself for less than $6000 in gear and training without a license, all fitting into a large backpack.

  31.  @jacksonyan7346  The hardest part is just getting your wing inflated then turning around for takeoff, lol. If you can do that, it's actually a breeze (pun intended). You don't even have to be in any sort of athletic shape. It feels alot like riding the chair swing ride at a carnival, but way more relaxed. And you cruise slow enough to not feel any real anxiety, even when you're up kinda high. I tried hang gliding, too fast and expensive for my taste. Paragliding is cheap, chill, and fits in the trunk of a compact car.
