That's a little-mentioned economic model called Prosperism, which certainly ain't Communism, but sits squarely between Democratic Socialism and Market Capitalism (which, as the name implies, is about giving profits only to those who already had all the Capital). Prosperism is where those who do the work, get the gains. Not the people who loan their hoarded money. It's Co-Op/Profit Share economics.
