The Parkland one is much worse it saids if Biden thinks he was in power and unable to do anything to help end the mass shootings even after the kids protested and he met with them. That tells you all you need to know about his ability to deal with the crisis of mass murder in our society.

@davefroman4700 it is blackmail by the very same companies that profited from setting up the Taiwan chip manufacturing facilities in the first place. I was a controls engineer arguing against upper management in the 90s when they outsource that technology in the quest for profits. Now I see that they profit from the failure we all saw coming at the time. This eliminates all moral hazard for corporations once again.

Can we put them all in the same cell? Unlike this administration I wouldn't want to separate a family in prison. 🙄 Ivanka and Daddy stuck in the same cell would be my definition of hell.

West needs to tell them that Marianne Williamson is running in the democratic primary and the party refuses to hold a debate with the 3 candidates they have running. Ask when this program he is on last had Marianne Williamson on to discuss her ecominic bill of rights or any platform issues. The reason to run 3rd party in 2024 is that the democratic party refuses to run a serious primary and is not allowing a democracy where candidates can run.
4
I wonder if you consider January 6th a riot or a protest.
4
@greensquare6235 Ryan Grimm from the intercept.
4
Hopefully the next email will be to announce that Biden has decided to spend more time with his family.
4
The green party would never have him.
4
You need to flood the phone lines of the donor companies so they can't do business because they bought politicians who are doing their bidding

Jordan the comment Michael Tracy is talking about is at the end of the fireside chat you can see Bernie Sanders isn't happy with his campaign manager at the time too. It is still on Bernie Sanders YouTube channel.

The federal reserve printed 20 trillion dollars in 2020. That comes to $57,000 per citizen. We need the federal reserve to make accounts for each individual American citizen and put that newly minted money into those accounts not the accounts that the federal reserve put it in last year to make the V shaped stock market recovery. Ask yourself would the economy be better off if the federal reserve put $57,000 into an account for each and every member of your household than it was putting that same money into the stock market in 2020?

Can we get ranked choice voting on the ballot in 26 states that allow voters to do direct ballot initiatives now? The duopoly is hopeless we need new parties.
3
The duopoly of evil needs to end. Anyone scared of the failure of first past the post voting should push for ranked choice voting not fear mongering about the lesser of evils choices.
3
I will vote for Marianne Williamson in the primary if she fails to win I will vote West in the general.
3
@warriorwaitress7690 I don't have any problems with Bernie Sanders except that he simply hasn't announced he is running for president. At the moment Tulsi Gabbard is the best of the candidates running as far as I am concerned. That could change if someone better actually runs. I would like to see Bernie and Tulsi on the same ticket. I think if Bernie and Tulsi had from day one announced a joint ticket it would win hands down. It would also be a sign that they are serious about the issues not the game of leverage and image timing. Tulsi would being a young female face to counter the stupid arguments we will hear pushed on Bernie while the same crowd backs Biden. But the two working together could push policy not identity politics.
3
Marianne Williamson should be able to crush anyone who isn't the current president

Federal workers get paid sick leave so what do they have to lose?
3
Funny I felt that way about Nancy Pelosi when they played the video of her trying to get the speaker of the house to vote for Medicare for All in the 90s and now refuses to hold a vote for it today. Or with AOC when she rolled over for Mamma Bear and refused to be part of the Medicare for All movement during a global pandemic. But Paula Jean continuing to fight after the Democratic party establishment worked against her last senate race to help the Republican get elected into a split Senate. No I have nothing but love and respect for Paula.

@amyill9280 you nailed the trick of identifying politics. One party is socially and economically conservative. The other party is socially liberal and economically conservative. That way no matter which one wins corporations win and workers lose. The only question for the last half century has been do you hate the others who are not like you or do you accept them. But when it comes to issues like tax cuts for the wealthy both parties signed the bill with "bipartisan support". Which you can translate to mean the policy is corporate friendly. Which is why the neoliberals hate the Bernie Sanders movement. Bernie has started by saying we all will fight for the person who doesn't look like us and who we don't even know. So now that we are standing together we will stand up for the ecominic rights of the working class. The barrons of industry will no longer win everytime at the lose of the working class.
3
There is no trying there they already have. This is the same bate and switch so we don't get real progressives.
3
A young Nancy Pelosi is on video asking the speaker of the house to hold a vote on Medicare for All. AOC actually locked the door on Medicare for All faster than Nancy Pelosi did. I guess Momma Bear really did earn her tittle.
3
So please tell us the details of your vision for the green new deal? At what date will we be 100% renewable energy? She said the right thing but lacks all the details we need to know does she want it to be finished in 2030 or 2050 or 2100?
3
@robertdouglas8895 wow the oil industry propaganda is thick with this one.
3
@kbooth249 too bad you are not referring to ghe democrats rigging the primary
3
The ACA gives Biden the authority to give Medicare for life to all the people impacted by the bomb train. Obama did it for liberty Montana
3
Their supporters like my brother simply won't listen. He home schooled his kids and thinks he is an expert on what happens in the public schools he avoided.
3
@MsNatiBug thanks I tried 2 times to make that point but TY deleted it both times.

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me. —Martin Niemöller It is time for all workers to stand together. We need to tell Congress all 290 members who voted for this will be facing a pro working class primary in 2024 backed by all unions across the country. They all betrayed the working class and need to be voted out of office.

Someone needs to call out the groups that fund the attack ads and who else they support. Show how these are bad faith arguments in an ad blitz
3
As much as I hate Haris I have to up vote that. She probably knows what country Mexico is the southern border of.
3
You have to push the people who are closest to your goals before you worry about the Joe Manchin's of the world. AOC literally asked for this when she was campaigning.
3
Well there goes 44 billion dollars out of the monetary supply. Hopefully that will lower inflation as everyone keeps telling us it is too much money in the supply that caused inflation not companies causing inflation by raising their prices.
3
Hillary Clinton and courting two words I hope to never hear in the same sentence
3
Let's focus on not having to choose which dementia patient we pick to run the country.
3
Jordan i think this is the same situation as John Oliver pointed out with Clarence Thomas. The right wing didn’t pay him to change his mind they paid him to stay there because they agree with him already. Not any better but it means we can't expect Biden to be moved to doing the correct thing. We must get a different nominee or somehow get the green party to win which seems impossible.
3
Watch the interview again she said that was my argument. She was talking about Warren last summer before she abandoned Medicare for All and many other progressive issues. The woman admitted that Warren moving away from Medicare for All was a problem. Listen more and attack less if you want to convince people. That is the real lesson to learn here. Jordan did an amazing job listening to her and talking to her not at her.
3
The wedge issue for the GOP is brilliant that is a talking point that needs to be repeated.
3
Wonder what package they needed to offer for that job? Definitely not an opening you would want go fill...
3
Once Bernie announces the correct question will be what is true leadership writing the bill for Medicare for All or simply signing onto the bill after someone else does the hard work of putting it together in the first place? Sure thanks for your support for Medicare for All but we need true leadership not someone who joins the fight after 70% of all Americans support the policy. Both Warren and Tulsi where in this fight long before Harris.
3
We need to show the democratic party this isn't good enough by voting green party
3
That was a masters class in listening to someone and understanding their concerns and values. The more people who interact in this manner the better the world will become.
3
@jerryr5103 Such great logic the Judical Branch has nothing to do with enforcing the laws of the country. I see good to know law has nothing to do with the courts and the people running that judges should be held to a lower standard then the police. Because that is your argument. Which sadly has been proven to be the result in this case because Brett Kavanaugh indeed would not be qualified to work for a local police force per Judge Kavanaugh's own ruling but per the GOP he is the single best candidate to be on the supreme court.
3
@greensquare6235 yes I believe in facts they are a good thing.
3
The irony being that the Pentagon has listed the climate crisis as the single greatest threat to national security.
3
@itsblitz4437 and where did you get your ecominics degree? Because I suspect he is far more of an expert on the topic than some random YouTube commenter. But do like to your data to prove him wrong.
3
@65minimom not as much as I hate the DNC
3
Yes we need a progressive to run against Nancy to send the message that we are here and fighting for the people. Nancy for speaker is how the GOP will win in 2020

@1LSWilliam there is no need for it to take anything like 60 years. It all depends on if our society decides to make it a priority or not. Look at what we where able to achieve during the buildup to WWII when the government stepped up and told industry that they had to build the war machine to protect the country. We could easily be 100% renewable energy and electric vehicles in under 20 years if the government made that same level of focus on the issue. But so long as they take ff money they won't make the effort. We haven't even done the easy things like ban all non LED lighting and force all government buildings to switch out all non led lighting that alone would drastically reduce our energy demand. Mandate in building codes that all new construction includes 100% solar offset either on site or in offset renewable sources to provide the energy for the the building. Require all new heating systems be geothermal or air to air heat exchanger based. The technology is there we just lack the willpower to mandate the usage of it.
3
Gene Scheel we don't need new oil infrastructure to end the oil era. That crap is built to last about 50 years just focus on renewable energy and decommissioning the old ff industry asap
