Like I said at the time the Obama all of the above energy policy was a disgrace we needed and even more so now need a massive WWII level energy policy focused on switching to renewable energy. But the corporations who bought our government won't have any part of that. Instead they have purchased 2 supreme court justices who believe a employer has the right to kill their employees.

My grandfather was the first generation in the area to have 12 grade education back in the early 1920s. His parents generation realized that while a 8th grade education was sufficient for their generation it wasn't for their children and switched to a 12 year education. Over the last 100 years our society has advanced enough that 12 years of education is no longer a sufficient level of education and we definitely need to have an associate's degree to earn a living today we owe it to our children to provide them with that level of education if we want to have a successful society. We simply need to be able to make the same realization that my great grandparents generation made and see that our educational system keeps up with our society requires of the labor force.

The Democratic party needs to focus on passing Medicare for All that 70% of all Americans want and other similar policies so that in 2020 the Democrats can all say we passed these policies but the GOP refused to vote on them in the Senate. Force the GOP to be the party which is against providing healthcare and a living wage see how that works out for them come 2020. Dont just focus on trying to bring down trump that doesn't leave you with a winning record.

Right now the best thing we can do is join or form a union and stand together focused on working class unity in the true underlying class warfare. I also believe we need to put ballot referendums for rank choice voting in every state that allows it IIRC there are 26 of them. If more states join Maine in that voting system we can vote for a true union backed working class party before voting for the lesser evil. It is the only way to end the duopoly of evil.

One of them is my senator from the granite state. Incase you don't know there is zero oil in granite. She literally takes money from outside interests to so their bidding not to represent the citizens of NH who voted for her.
