@Mike_Goldberg there's is a big difference shooting your rocket straight up in space and shooting it at an angle in order to get inserted into the orbit. JB only shoots it straight up. So there's no practical use to it, outside of some fun high altitude views for humans.

@ because the d. state was controlling it for several decades now. So it's technically a coup, so he is correct.

He is full of it. The truth is actually the opposite. But he is a Russo phobe, so it all makes sense why he is that deluded.

@minagica Russia has never "threatened anyone with cutting any gas off" that is just a complete lie and the opposite is truth. Russia was trying to sell it's gas and did everything to fulfill it's agreements and more. The EU and US wanted to paint Russia black and make responsible for everything (energy crisis and economic decline) basically blame Russia for everything bad that is happening. And Russia knew it , and never used it's pipeline for it's politics, only pure for the economics of it. Yet it still gets blamed for everything, but at least it can prove that it wasn't the one to blame... Except people like you or him don't really care about the truth, you are just going to blame Russia blindly anyway, because your TV host told what you should be thinking about Russia. What they call a she... eple

Spotted an Elon fan , lol

the point of Musks proposal was that he was going to make a new leap. And deliver like 100 times the cargo of what they had originally delivered with Apollo...
1
Yep, that's my first thought as well when I've heard it from Musk.

... and it didn't come. As the video wasn't really about the IFT7 as everyone had expected.

The current one is indeed. But the funny thing is that IT IS possible. The problem with possibility is that nobody really wants to think about how to actually make it work. With things like hyperloop their best go at it, is just throw some more money at the undergrad engineers hopefully they figure something out 🤦♂. The thing why it had worked with Space X is because they already had rocket engineers working at it, with a proof of concept that had been done before it. So throwing money at rocket engineers to make you a rocket, makes perfect sense, and will end up in a success, though making something that hasn't been done before even in the same field, is much harder. With example of Starship, so far not a single successful launch. But they might figure it out eventually . We shall see.

Thunderfoot, please don't be digging a deeper hole for everyone including yourself, talking about Russia. Saying that Russia doesn't have a working nuke is basically an invitation for the west to start a nuclear war. And you will be disappointed to find out that Russia actually has what it says it has. But at that point it will be too late. Since one of the priority targets will be the UK...

@bastiaan7777777 In reality it's just presumed that it's 250k production capacity. You would need a really big manufacturing line to facilitate that production and I doubt that....

Each SLS rocket costs $4+ billion. nevertheless they WORK. With SpaceX's rockets, their concept hasn't been proven so far. That it would work at all... And there are great doubts that it would work at all... So so far they are just wasting taxpayers money until proven otherwise, and only after they achieve something with it, we can start talking about their efficiency compared to the working rocket of SLS.

@TheArmstrong1969 They way they structured it, the do want to land before China, even if they delay by a few years.

genius and genious are both acceptable spellings. get over it .

@PsychonunBO2 lol I personally don't care much for Musk except that he promotes freedom of speech and we severely need him here on y. t. ,since half of my messages are being deleted. But this obsession of Tf with far left views are getting a bit cringey. Where are his videos of debunking frauds? I genuinely can't remember when was the last time I saw it.
1
I don't agree with everything in this video. But thanks for the video anyway.
1
@sdovhfunlahsvisegbakshfjbs4621 so how do you distinguish between a commitment and ignorance? You are literally have to ignore everything else to concentrate on the task. The only difference is that some people will get more hurt than others.
1
Lol 2 billion dollars per rocket launch... I mean even if he bring his launch costs down 10 times it still wouldn't be that impressive... but can he? 15:55 something bad happnd at t 27 seconds? ... there's no chance
1
@philipb2134 so? does that justify not having it?
1
@ are we in a crowded theater? Also, you can shout fire it's just that there would be consequences if you did it with malicious intent. I can't even say 90% on y. t... and 50% is censored. That is not OK.
1
@Hailfire08 The point of virus engineering is getting rid of the people you don't like (and not everyone). A bio weapon. That's the whole point.
1
Agreed
1
Honestly you can just ignore his bias about Russia. He is British and he doesn't like Russia. So everything he says about Russia is irrelevant.

Ariane is not going to work out.
