Just because you detect one perceived racist comment, doesn't imply that it's a systematic issue, that it exists with high prevalence, or that there's structures that upholds racist train of thought in society.   18. I've never seen Trump supporters claiming that Biden/Hillary supporters are "stupid" (outright), that they need to be ostracized or punished. I only see the contrary.   19. Flying is generally extremely safe, no matter which airline you choose. The rigorous testing and checks by the FAA and Boeing's executives will have eliminated the risks. But I can see why people are naturally skeptical. The flying industry is a dying one as well. Maybe most airline and aircraft production corporations will end up bankrupt. Unless a new sort of fuel is developed to make it more environmental friendly.

  20. People showing interest won't matter that much if you're governed by a tyrannical state, a military, or a dictatorship. Just look at the complete failure of the Arab spring. Or the increased crackdowns after many protests seen this past years, particularly in Hong Kong. Protests can work, but the right conditions and political system has to be in place to allow that.

When audits are rejected, Iran/Chinese interference is ignored (even though intelligence services highlighted its presence) and when all wishes to look into electoral irregularities are dismissed as conspiracies, these demonstrations are inevitable. At least they've got a reason to be there, were generally calm, and held a genuine political protest, as opposed to BLM that burned down cities and looted stores to steal devices because a criminal lost his life.

  36. They can't. Myanmar and their army have been quite tame and accepting towards their population, considering that they're described as a dictatorial hellish regime. Such a regime would use live rounds, tanks and air strikes to crush opposition, right? We haven't seen that. And most regimes on earth uses the type of anti-riot equipment, crackdowns and responses that we've seen in Myanmar. Mass arrests. Surveillance. Water cannons. Rubber bullets launched. They can't be held accountable internationally for such actions.

  37. People treat them differently because of the inability or limited ability to communicate, learning issues, and because they don't fit within the average group of people and its characteristics. Human nature, sadly, looks down upon that to protect the group (it isn't always justified). This leads to and endless and unacceptable cycle of bullying and ostracization. Glad to see that this girl seems to have overcome the obstacles and keeps doing her thing.

First, the government waits too long to implement a lockdown, instead going for a 'natural herd immunity strategy'. That turned out to be a death sentence for the nation, so the government closed everything down. Then opened up too rapidly. Shutdown. Opened up without clarity and the proper instructions (instructions that the PM even couldn't repeat or remember). Tracking the virus in some regions were halted after an Excel document crashed. I feel bad for the UK and its weak government.

The men and particularly the women that believe that it is a right to have careless intercourse in order to then end up aborting the innocent baby that you created, shouldn't be allowed to operate freely in society.
