If so, the evidence so far is 99% proven the only lack is evidence not being allowed to hear, by witnesses not allowed to be heard, by the accused. No court in the land would allow the accused to block evidence to be heard or read. I still don't think all of the call transcript has been given up and as some have said, there may be actual recordings. Probability burned or erased. Yes, we only have testimony so far, from hear say witnesses, but come on. If 25 people show 99 % evidence.   13. I agree the possibility of desperate confusion could have caused her to make that mistake. But, you also have to take your safty off before firing. Her gun should not have been fire ready just pulling and firing. She did make a horrible mistake which unfortunately caused a death, but I believe it wasn't intended. You heard her say she shot him. But I do believe it was, heat of the moment. And, I think she is very,very hurt by what she did. People need to learn not to try to break away from an arrest. Do the arrest then file a serious complaint. At least chances of death or injury are way less.

He was pompous, arrogant, very crude and treated Hillary like dirt. And he lied about some things and dismissed other important issues like, oh well, I'm Trump and that's the way it is. Yet the Republicans in the hearings talk about decorum? Where was his? Where is his now? First rub Then the election and I don't know whether the electoral college is a good thing or not. But seems to me in an election,, popular vote wins. Sure, many were depressed a bit that Hillary won but because of the EC, she didn't. Okay he s in now, let's see that unique non politician at work.
