  30. Why aren't,or are they, utilities , getting anything to supplement electric or water bills that accumulate while this is happening. There is just my wife and I in our small 1200 sq ft home, but our utilities run 300 ruffly a month. If you don't pay one month, it's 600 the next month. On and on. I guess if we were getting 600 a week, we'd be fine. But i don't get that being i am self employed, though my work has suffered much since this began. The utilities are NOT, forgiving bills. Just move them to the next month.
