Systemic racism no longer exists, but is not possible to eliminate racism completely. What I have always said is that white people put blacks where they are and blacks keep themselves there. Harsh words, but accurate. The leftists narrative focuses primarily on race because they SAY equity is the goal, but is actually to gain power in the so-called patriarchy currently controlled by whiteness... lol
The more I see of these WOKE people, the more I fear for our nation, because these kids have been indoctrinated with this crap their entire lives. Getting the SJW's to listen to any voice of reason is damned near impossible, but absolutely impossible for a white person.
Only black people will be able to make any headway and why we need more of the Candace Owens, Taleeb Starks, Tommy Sotomayor, Jericho Green, Brandon Tatum, Tracy Scott, Larry Elder and others to keep shedding light on how the Dem's have done nothing but hurt the cause of the black community.

@bludeuce3855 .. Yes... it certainly can be done and, as I said, we must ALWAYS try. However, there will be many who cannot make the leap. It takes them getting away from the blogs and the social media sites they are probably very fond. The issue is getting them into a one on one situation and willing to listen. I have spoken to hundreds online and would say I have made some headway, with well below 5% and was just some progress. I am a good communicator and do my best to make my positions from an emotional level, but at some point, they will have to be told facts that directly contradict their world view and where the issues tend to stagnate.
.
In the end, the biggest issue with un-indoctrination, lies with the amount of verbiage necessary to do so. While it takes only a few words to say "we are killing the planet", it takes a MASSIVE conversation, to point out why we cannot just drop fossil fuels and put up a bunch of solar panels and call it good. Those comments are WAY, WAY longer than the average mindset, who is used to 1 min TikToks that say "conservatives are in the pocket of big oil" will read, because tl:dr.
.
One on one conversations is what it takes and they have to be guided into participation. I will continue to try, but until we break up the teachers unions and begin hiring teachers on merit, rather than the number of pride flags they display in their 1st grade class... we are really F'd!

@user-dk9uo4tj1x Sure. However, I ask that you not tl;dr me and read this, because it takes MUCH more language to answer a question, than it does to simply ask it 🐱
.
1. How does capitalism promote prosperity: Take a look at the device you are using AT THIS MOMENT to read the words I have written. Chances are, this is not your first PC, cell-phone, iPad, laptop or whatever it is. Even if it is, it is an improved version (larger screen, better camera, additional memory, faster processing) than one say just a year or two ago. The ONLY reason you have that improved device or access to it, anyway, is because a person had incentive to create it, in order to make additional sales and guess what... make money to improve his / her life! (PROSPER) When I was co-owner of a family business, I retired some 8 years ago, there were probably 100 plumbing companies within a 50 mile radius. In order for MY company to be attractive enough to get one of the 150K people in that area to call my shoppe, was to offer better service, higher quality repairs or faster response time. My company opted to focus on higher quality materials, than most, as well as good ethics and very high quality of workmanship / training. While my shoppe was among the top 25, in terms of cost to secure our services, we prospered since 1976 and still going to this day. My company had over $1M in VOLUNTARY transactions every year, because we offered a specialized service that people CHOSE to pay for, due to the benefits listed above. I own my home outright since 2006 and have no loans of any kind, short of CC bill I pay in full every month and prospered well. 100% of my quality of life, my property, clothes I wear and the 3 PC's I had built in 2016, I owe to the PROSPERITY my company created for itself and the many employees who are doing just as well. Our company did not rip people off... we did not run a sweat shoppe and ALL of our employees chose to work for my company.
.
2. Forcing citizens into crippling debt: Well, first of all... exactly NOBODY is "forced" into crippling debt, they CHOOSE IT! I am HS educated and since I am 59, I was fortunate enough to just miss the Marxist indoctrination that was just starting when I was in my earliest grade schools. There are many reasons why schools are failing America, so I will focus on the most important.... why do people go? Seriously, why? The overwhelming vast majority of people who CHOOSE to enter in to that crippling debt, will get ZERO benefit from it. College today, is an indoctrination factory they use to churn out activists. The social scientists... GARBAGE! The only reason to pursue college is for STEM, medical doctorate degrees, lawyers and there are a few others. It is not MY fault, that people CHOSE to take on all that debt to become and activist, which has next to ZERO opportunity to find a job that pays one for such an "education", so why should I now be asked to pay for it (Biden's proposed debt cancellation legislation). These were young adults who CHOSE to take on those loans and then spent all that money taking stupid classes that have next to zero chance of affording them higher income than getting a starting job at Wallmart or the local stationary store in town. Most of my friends did that, while I started working for my dad's new business, in which he worked solo. I worked hard, I did the right thing and I helped my Dad's company PROSPER into many employees and ultimately retired with an income of $112K year. Again.. 100% of those who called my company (purchased from dad so he could retire himself in mid 2006) CHOSE to pick up the phone and call ME, rather than the 99 other companies who had "Plumber" written on the side of their truck. I could give you several more reasons why college is more expensive than I should be, but I will leave it there.
.
3. The problem with universal healthcare: I have written EXTENSIVELY upon this subject many times on this platform. This subject alone, requires 10x's more verbiage than already written above, to fully cover. However, I will give you a VERY abbreviated run-down of fundamental issues. This list is in NO way anywhere near complete...
a. People's life spans have increased by many years, over the course of the last 100 years
b. The older one gets, the more illnesses, disease they WILL get and some of them were a death sentence some 20 years ago (think cancer treatments, for a good example)
c. The reason those treatments exist, is because a person CHOSE to take on the financial burden of researching, testing and creating medications, medical procedures and equipment to do so
d. Those who invested that $$$ and resources MUST get reimbursed for that expense or the incentive is lost and they simply wont bother.
e. If there was no incentive to PROSPER one's life, most of those procedures, medications would have never been made
f. Companies invest millions, sometimes hundreds of millions of $$$ into research, developement to CREATE those things that have extended our lives, beyond the average 45 expected several hundred years ago.
g. In order for universal healthcare to function, it must have people who PAY, but do not utilize its services beyond very minor services.
h. As a person ages, he / she will need more invasive, more resource heavy procedures and medications. They will need more recovery time with physicians to care for them during it
i. This DEMANDS, that an ever increasing young population, be paying into the system for the ever INCREASING demands on that system with the longer living elderly who NEED those services
j. There comes a time, and we see it in UK, Canada and other nationalize healthcare countries, when the lines cross and rationing IS happening.
.
Again.. there is TONS more to healthcare, but will finish with the following. Capitalism is the most effective means of prospering a people ever created and why it has not been replaced. Capitalism is the ONLY reason socialism can be implemented, because the state MUST have resources, in which to steal and give to others. When the state ceases property, resources from the PROSPEROUS people, take a guess what happens...? They no longer have the incentive to prosper, so then become a burden to the system. This is why hundreds of millions of people have been eliminated by communist countries and they live under authoritarian rule. This is why people risk their lives to escape Cuba on rafts to come to America. Why citizens of Venezuela are "living" in horrible conditions and the ruler of the country lives in opulence.
.
Three things that exist within human nature:
1. human error
2. human ignorance
3. human malice / greed
So long as those exist, and little hint for you.. they ALWAYS have and ALWAYS will, those who have higher degree of #3, will ALWAYS seek power over others. When power is centralized (single source), that person can rule all with that malice and greed. When we have 100 people in power, referring to the plumbing companies in my area... each HAD to offer services that we VOLUNTEERED to engage.
.
I ask you to ADDRESS what I have written in good faith, as I just spent 45 min. writing it all 🐈
1
-
@? ... Firstly, I would like to thank you for not only taking GREAT lengths to respond to my question, but in good faith as well. I will be honest, I did not expect this, so you have my respect 🐱
.
However, what this fails to recognize, is the investment, time, energy and resources that created the opportunity to create those innovations. When I left my company, sold my shares to my brother who was just as responsible for growth over time, there were 6 full-sized trucks. Each truck had all of the equipment necessary to do roughly 90% of any repair we would be tasked to complete, in a given day. Each truck was roughly a $100K investment in base cost of vehicle and the rest in faucets, toilets, parts and tools. Each of those vehicles were paid for by the company, as the worker who was hired, was handed the keys. The building in which all of the offices were located, was separate from the warehouse where a MASSIVE stock of all the same parts in trucks, were used to re-stock them the following day. Each building...? $250K or so, but now we add the material and that makes it another $300K or so and then we have office staff, desks, supplies, computers and the like, in the office building. This is another $150K, but we now have 2 full-time office manager and financial officer, who make $60~$70K annually. The workers did not have to make ANY of those investments, yet they MUST have all of them, in order to generate a profit for company, which in turn pays THEIR salary, which I have not even mentioned, is guaranteed by the hour. So, my brother and I were financially responsible for 100% of those items, and a mega sheet ton more of insurance, electricity building maintenance that I have not even included in the above. This means, my brother and I have well over $1M invested and if a truck is stolen or the building burns down, we did not go to the worker to rebuild or pay for a new truck, we did so ourselves. Yes, there is insurance, but it does not come close to paying for the lost time to replace those items. Over the last couple years, my brother has had to deal with MASSIVE theft issues, in which trucks are broken into, catalytic converters have been stolen, holes cut in tanks of truck to steal gas. While this costs MANY thousands of $$$ to repair, we cannot hit up insurance every time, as premiums wold go through the roof.
.
Were the workers charged with the $$$ necessary to repair / replace the trucks or buildings...? No. Did the workers have to have their names as the ones responsible for ANY of those items...? No. Now, to get into why all of those costs exist and whether or not they are just or fair, is a COMPLETELY separate issue, but the point is... those costs DO exist and the workers are OWED those things as the employed. My bother and I take on absolutely MASSIVE financial responsibility and unless we do, not ONE of those workers are in a position in which they can create ANY of the billable hours to pay for ANY of those things. I have not even mentioned gasoline to keep the vehicles going every day or the many, many thousands of $$$ my brother had to invest in security around property, that only slows down many of the criminals who steal from him. He has installed cameras, but thieves spot the cameras, so avoid face being seen and they can break into a truck and steal many thousands of $$$ in tools in 15 min. The truck is then unable to be driven for at bare minimum of 2 days, as repairs / restock needs to happen. Were the workers handed a bill for those repairs...? No, they are not.
.
Again, we can argue why all of those things are what they are... but they ARE all expenses, risks and capitol expended by the owners so that we can dispatch workers to someones home and make repairs. If one of our guys makes an error and floods a home... many, many thousands of $$$, and EXTREMELY pissed off customer who now jumps on social media and bashes our company and 90% of the time, has the facts all wrong, yet the company has to pay for the repairs. Did I mention the insurance for a plumbing company..? Until one runs a shoppe, he / she has ZERO idea of the expense, risk involved. The worker is hired, guaranteed a certain salary, REGARDLESS of any of the above factors, so when my brother and I took THAT much risk... you are GD'd right, we are going to make enough money to be worth it for us to do so. That does NOT mean "exploiting" my workers and tell you that is EXTREMELY offensive to hear that from someone who has ZERO invested in what it takes to provide that worker a spot in my (my brother's) company!
.
There are further expenses / risks, but this is plenty to make my point. No doubt, in the next 1/2 hour, I will think of better examples and scenarios to illustrate why things are the way they are, but the fact remains they ARE this way.
.
PS> As for the "govt's roll", one must recognize something. The govt. creates exactly NOTHING, except the appropriation of it citizens taxes, hires thousands of full-time, full benefit guaranteed salary workers. They then build / support The Pentagon, White House, Congress / Senate / SCOTUS buildings, land, energy demands and all the rest only to THEN send about 5% that will directly benefit me. So 95% of every dollar we spend in taxes, goes to a mega sheet ton of OTHER crap, before I get any benefit. Ask yourself where the $100B in aid to Ukraine comes from, to mention 1 single item. How about the jobs DESTROYED by feds and state govt. shutting down businesses? Did my brother's expenses go down when people were scared to death of letting a stranger into their home to make repairs? No, they did not. My brother had to invest time / resources in to dealing with customer's concerns and that slows down productivity. Were the workers paid LESS for those considerations...? nope! Before you say.."it was just a mask", no.... it is extra time office spends on phone, addressing concerns. It is customers who try to communicate a problem through a mask and from across the room. It is customers who called my brother and said that HIS worker was responsible for getting them or child sick! THEN... they hit up social media and say that our company is spreading illness (you know which, but YouTube just deleted my comment for saying THAT word)!
.
Still more to say, but I already promised to stop... lol Again... you have my respect for a good faith argument to represent your position well.
.
YouTube KEEPS deleting my comment... :😡

@thomasjoseph5876 ... I currently own an 02 Saleen that I took to Griggs Racing and installed a full racing suspension under it. Don't drive it as much as I used to, but if I got 8K out of my tires, it was good thing... lol. I am not into going fast, but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE x10 taking backroads and fast corners. Lots of fun to drive, but it actually wears you out after a few hours behind the wheel. The suspension is EXCEEDINGLY responsive, and run 10" / 11" wide 30 series race tires, so tramlines all over the place... lol. It can very easily look like a drunk driver, because of how it drives.
.
I am 57 now, so I don't drive it as hard as I used to. I was never a crazy aggressive driver, but I used to push it VERY hard in the corners of California HWY 1 up the coast. Still head up there once in a while, but drive much more conservative these days :)

@jonathanferguson2801 ... 2 questions:
1) PROVE to me this i not a natural occurrance, as Greenland has layers of frozen / thawed / frozen / thawed / frozen layers that are many thousands of years old. Tell me, how is it we can use science developed in the last 100 years, to extrapolate changes that have happened over a 100K? I have am absolutely fine with reducing carbon burning, but what do we replace it with? Don't tell me solar, wind, hydro, because they do not produce enough energy to sustain the population.... this is fact! We could cover the earth with solar panels and THEN we need a MASSIVE amount of batteries to store the energy we get. Those batteries require a MASSIVE amount of nickle and other very toxic minerals that guess what... WE NEED TO EXCAVATE! So, then what do we do about all of the holes and mining we do?
.
2) Do you know how much we would reduce the TOTAL carbon foot print of the globe, if America were to be 100% carbon free / neutral? .... less than 15%. If you want to reduce carbon, talk to India, China, Mexico and others who, guess what...pollute the EXACT same air we all breath!
.
How about you stop listening to those who push fear porn and recognize that they don't have solutions... only fear! Now, how about YOU pay more attention :)

@fuckcanadafuckyoutubefuckc4596 ... Plain and simple... minimum wage jobs are essentially zero skilled that require little more than a commitment to be responsible enough to do the task and adhere to qualifications of behavior... pretty much it.
.
A number of people have come into this thread, thinking that sweeping floors, cleaning up tables and taking out garbage, should pay enough to pay rent, car payment, groceries and support a family. They have ABSOLUTELY ZERO CLUE, as to what would happen, to ALL of the prices, of everything in their lives would be immediately driven up in cost. Beyond that, is the number of HS kids who would outright LOSE their job, because automation would increase and employees reduced, because businesses cannot afford to keep them all.
.
Just like soo many things in this world, Gen Z has ZERO idea how thing actually work, because they were indoctrinated to be Marxists.

@hautehussey ... RE: the markets aren't free though Ya, and if every aunt ever born had balls, we would have a twice as many uncles in the world! FFS! Exactly how many towns have a SINGLE person who owns every business in a town? Even if if did happen, the identical scenario as I described above would come into play. If workers are not happy, they will not be inspired to produce your product, so it will SUCK. Those people in town will not purchase products / services that SUCK, so someone will open their OWN coffee shoppe, hardware store (fill in the blank) and drive you out of business.
.
Wanna know states where everything is either state own or very closely controlled by the state...? Venezuela, Cuba, to name just a couple and they are thriving metropolis' right there!
.
If you have the answers, how about YOU tell us what system is better for elevating standard of living and turning 3rd world nations in to 1st. HINT: Whatever system you say... I will tell you PRECISELY how humans can F up that system. Go ahead, I dare you.... I double-dare you!

Candace: The biggest problem with the black community is father absence
Every rational person on earth: Yes
Hawk: The biggest problem is foot we eat
Every rational person on earth: ????... if so, then E-A-T B-E-T-T-E-R
Hawk: The fast food companies are poisoning us to keep us down
Every rational person on earth: So..... white people WANT blacks to suffer and continue divide because we like it....?
Hawk: YES!
It is so unfortunate that movements created to uplift blacks, raise this type of person to prominence. There is very little, if any, accountability for anything because of racism and police brutality. This guy has been within an echo chamber of every negative event that blacks have ever suffered and because.... racism.
Life is suffering..... Quick making excuses for why you can't succeed and succeed!
EDIT: Had to chime back in. Whenever Candace makes a point in which he cannot argue, he switches the subject. He wont own anything.... he wont accept it. On the subject of an ID, which every person over the age of 18 is stupid not to have, Hawk makes umpteen excuses for why blacks cannot get one. Yes, you need an ID to vote, to confirm that...
a) you are a legal US citizen
b) you are registered to vote, so at least 18
c) you are voting in the proper district
d) with no ID, you could vote unlimited times by going to a new location or different person... called voter fraud!
Hawk: "you see Republican or Democrat.... I see oppression" [drops mic]
Every rational person on earth: See yourself as a victim to forever be one and make your own life hell on earth.

@Cheryl Barlow... thank you for adding insight to these issues. You're correct, I have never been poor and have no doubt that poor food choices / options certainly contribute to the health of anybody. I don't have all the answers, but what is the fundamental change between pre-welfare and today? I don't recall the specific number of single black mothers now compared to then, but has gotten much worse.
Males need structure!!!! Without a father figure in the home, he gets it on the street in the form of others in the same predicament. This is what leads to gangs and anti-social behavior, so this is why father absence is key here. Even if the mother is required to show where the father is living, if he is not at home, it is bad enough. But if he isn't in the picture at all, the child is raised by the local streets. Welfare punished women for having the father in the home, by way of reduced payments. If the father was "raised" on the streets, then he is far less likely to be there for his own child and the cycle continues.
I am not black and my father lived in my home, but I understand human nature pretty well and have been following other black conservatives. Larry Elder, Brandon Tatum, Coleman Hughes, Tommy Sotomayer and a few other social commentary types like Tracy Scott. The consensus that I see from all of these people and from many YT videos by all types of others is father absence.
I pay very little attention to liberals take on all of this, as they have been almost exclusively in power in the hardest hit places of poor black neighborhoods. Take a look at the issues of Chicago a while back. Not only Democrat, but overwhelmingly black leaders and an absolutely horrible results for blacks in schools. Liberals came up with affirmative action and is another program that had good intentions, but ultimately is bad for everyone. Look at the bias for admission to college and universities. Blacks get an edge, by getting accepted, but then are below standards and often drop out, because they are well below the average of the other students. They cannot handle the difficulty of the higher learning schools, so they struggle and harms not only their self-esteem, but would have excelled in another school that was balanced to there admissions score.
I think Hawk made the same old excuses to give blacks a reason to fail. Candace and all of the others I mentioned, are looking to give blacks a reason to stop making excuses and thrive!
