Because his Clinton email probe showed that Clinton was criminally negligent, but did not prosecute. Israel is observing them and Hamas is not. These rules do NOT preclude civilian casualties. They didn't in WW2. Fortunately, at that time the adults were in charge, otherwise those rules would be gone for good. The rules of war DO NOT require a belligerent to stand and take the ONGOING fire from an area just because Hamas is forcing people to stay there. They are destroying missile sites, munitions and equipment dumps, and control centers as they should and must, regardless of who is held there.

  29. Some trends are predictable. Real estate bubbles beyond a certain size always burst. It happened to Japan, which every fool in the 80s swore was bulletproof. Japan still hasn't completely recovered from that. It will be worse for China, because Japanese real estate was at least soundly built and durable and retains residual value. Chinese real estate is falling apart.
