He’s killing people by claiming over and over that Omicron is “milder” than Delta. It is not.
9
Well, it’s everything else that’s causing this.

@UCzpqscUFOQW9yWPD5uyyxSA, You are clearly very confused about how VAERS works. Have you by chance “recovered”? “People who have recovered from COVID-19 tend to score significantly lower on an intelligence test compared to those who have not contracted the virus, according to new research published in The Lancet journal Clinical Medicine. The findings suggest that the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19 can produce substantial reductions in cognitive ability”
8
Rab J, I’ve seen your nonsense everywhere bro. Why? Who’s paying you? Or are you just wasting your time?
8
The issue is that when they made it illegal for the US government to fund gain of function research, they defined gain of function research so specifically that there’s gain of function research that doesn’t meet the definition.
8
@sanchorego1980 , “it’s still EUA” for 12-15 and for use as a booster. It is now fully FDA approved for use as 2 doses 3 weeks apart for everyone 16 and older.
8
Patricia Farrow, LOL Sharky is beyond “stupid”.

MS Gillett, Hmmm... A friend of mine who was in the Moderna phase 3 trial was vaccinated in July 2020, almost a year ago. Why is he still fine? And what about those who were in the phase 1/2 trial that ended in June? They were vaccinated over a year ago. They’re still fine too. What’s up that bro?
8
Of course. Omicron is infecting the vaccinated and previously infected who are both protected against severe disease. The only people at risk are the immunologically naive who are now incredibly rare.
8
We need to know 3 things. 1. Risks involved with infection without vaccination. 2. Risks of getting vaccinated. 3. Risks involved with infection after being vaccinated. Our options are 1, or 2 + 3. You only considered 1 vs. 2, and neglected to add 3. Are we still at risk of brain damage if we are infected after we are vaccinated? “People who have recovered from COVID-19 tend to score significantly lower on an intelligence test compared to those who have not contracted the virus, according to new research published in The Lancet journal Clinical Medicine. The findings suggest that the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19 can produce substantial reductions in cognitive ability”

The data says that infection by Delta and any of the other previous variants offers protection against severe disease from Omicron, but offers very little protection against infection. The data doesn’t say that Omicron is less lethal, only that the majority of the population already has immunity either from vaccination or previous infection.
8
If you having immunosuppressant drugs to treat your MS, look into getting monoclonals every 4 months.

8
Maybe everyone there has already had Covid, so they have some existing immunity. This might mislead people who haven’t already had Covid into believing that it’s safe to get infected by this variant rather than get vaccinated.
8
@MFPWM2010 , It crosses the blood brain barrier and reduces inflammation in the brain.
8
Sharky Moon, Sh ut up bro. Nobody gives a sh it about your ig nor ant comments. The vaccines have obviously been tested you mor on.
8
Omicron is only causing less severe disease in the vaccinated and previously infected. The immunologically naive are still at the same risk as they were from Delta. Obviously if Omicron is infecting the vaccinated and previously infected and the vaccinated and previously infected are protected against severe illness but not infection by Omicron, then most cases of Omicron will be mild.
8
Sharky Moon, Sh ut up bro. Nobody gives a sh it about your ig nor ant comments. The vaccines have obviously been tested you mor on.
8
Sounds like they decided to unmask everyone at exactly the wrong time.
8
It’s even more sad that even after explaining, most people are not smart enough to understand, and will still disagree with the facts.
8
The problem isn’t that the news is biased. The problem is that you people don’t understand that the news reporters have no clue what they’re talking about. They’re not scientists. The news isn’t lying. They are just too stew pid to report what’s going on correctly.
7
Both the vaccine and infection is like playing Russian Roulette. The difference is your odds.
7
Sharky Moon, Sh ut up bro. Nobody gives a sh it about your ig nor ant comments. The vaccines have obviously been tested you mor on.
7
@natashamudford4011 , You’re confused about “anecdotal”. Imagine a disease with a 99% survival rate, and you get this disease and then you do 50 pushups and then you recover, what’s the probability that you survived because you did 50 pushups? And what’s the probability that you would have died if you didn’t do the pushups? How about if 50 people got the disease and they all did 50 pushups they all survived? Same questions? What is the probability that they survived because they did pushups and what’s the probability that they all would have survived had they non done the pushups? The problem is that you have to understand numbers to understand why it’s necessary to have a double blind placebo controlled trial with sufficient numbers to determine these things.

7
@kimberlyriddell8574 , Nah… We need to completely reopen and lift all restrictions and let the antivaxxers get sick. When they show up at the hospital, regardless of how bad it is, we can give them some Ivermectin and send them home to die.
7
@madirae01 , Well, the vaccines are extremely effective against severe disease and hospitalization.
7
MS Gillett, Nobody cares about your nonsense bro.
7
At 4:00, “65% of the infected said they had already previously tested positive” And that folks is why so many cases of Omicron are milder than Delta. It has absolutely nothing to do with Omicron being milder and everything to do with immunity from previous infection and vaccination being extremely effective against severe disease. We still don’t have a study comparing the severity of Omicron infection in the immunologically naive compared to the previously infected and the vaccinated that actually shows that Omicron is milder.
7
Dr. Campbell is extremely confused. What is this efficacy against symptomatic disease compared to? There’s nobody left in the UK who are immunologically naive. Everyone is either vaccinated, or they’ve already been infected. That means everyone who’s unvaccinated already has immunity from prior infection by a previous variant. In January 98% of the population already had antibodies. It’s no longer possible to compare the vaccine efficacy with the immunologically naive in the United Kingdom. And if the vaccines appear to be even 30% effective, then that means that the immunity from vaccination is 30% better than immunity from infection. Dr. Campbell needs to learn how to use his brain, because he doesn’t understand what he’s talking about. It seems that most if his viewers are the same.
7
@Dubya-i3v , Why? Because they won’t let us exploit their oil resources?
7
At 11:40, The reason why BA.2 is not taking over in the UK is because 98% of the population is already seropositive. They’re all immune, so BA.2 has nobody to infect.
7
filejacker , As of a month ago, Israel was only 60% vaccinated. Then they completely reopened and everyone went on vacation to other countries and brought back delta with 40% of the country unvaccinated. However, 90% of those who are 60+ have been vaccinated, and yet among those 60+ who are hospitalized, 50% are vaccinated. The math shows that this means that the vaccine is 88% effective at preventing hospitalization by delta in those who are 60+. That’s pretty damned good. The data is also showing that a 3rd dose bumps that up to 98% effective, and brings R0 below 1. That’s why they’re giving everyone boosters right now.
7
@georgeynwa9414 , No. It’s nobody’s plan. It’s just a fact. The virus will be endemic. Get vaccinated and you’ll have antibodies. Refuse to get vaccinated and you’re an ignore ant dum bass. The virus is a new fact of life, and the vaccines are an IQ test.
7

7
Hospitals are making an average of $50,000 per hospitalized antivaxxer.
7
So in your family the women are smarter than the men, huh?
7
@Andy Smythe, It’s the end because Omicron will infect every. The majority will experience mild symptoms because they have antibodies, but the few remaining who don’t might not. When this is over, 100% will have antibodies, but at what cost? Well, not much for those with antibodies.
7
Tommy Trinder <—— dummy
7
@donkeynuts75 , Ummm…. During those hundreds of thousands of years you speak of, millions upon millions have become severely ill and died because their immune system failed them. In fact, this is still happening today. Vaccines give our immune system a little help, but it only works if you and your immune system are healthy.
7
Dominic Steward, You don’t know anyone who was infected because the lockdowns worked. They slowed the spread. But the lockdown weren’t enough. They told us not to wear masks. They didn’t shut down travel. There was no contact tracing. So the virus stuck around. Waiting for it’s chance to bounce back. Eventually we eased up on the lockdowns, and the virus started to spread more. We noticed and locked down again. Because of out halfA$$ed “lockdowns” we let this drag on for over a year. We should have done it correctly right away. Australia, New Zealand, Iceland and a few others proved it can be done. We failed miserably. That doesn’t mean the virus is fake.
7
Cathy Humphries, They’re paid trolls.
7
@cucuca7281 , The majority wants everyone vaccinated though…
7
robert4you, Antibody Dependent Enhancement is an antivaxxer myth. In other words, it’s nonsense.
7
What contribution? He is not working in a lab, or a hospital. He’s just a YouTuber profiting off the irrational fears of ignore ant antivaxxers.
7
@pamelaneibuhr6959 , Many of the people commenting here on Dr. Campbell’s videos are ignore ant antivaxxers and liars spreading misinformation.
7
Social distancing from carbs, You obviously didn’t watch the video. Why didn’t you? Are you here to spread nonsense? You must be an antivaxxer nut.
7
carzyscenctist, Nobody cares about your nonsense bro.

Dr. MoBeen is wrong, Omicron is not less lethal. UK Common Cold Maybe Omicron, South Africa - Peak is Over https://youtu.be/BVZ5wnpLGPw The slide at 12:43 - 14:27 is the most compelling evidence that Omicron is less severe than Delta. The slide says that Delta hospitalizes 12.8% of those infected, and Omicron only hospitalizes 2.5% of those infected. But, Dr. Been failed to consider that Omicron is infecting people who have existing antibodies at a higher rate than Delta, and those people who have preexisting antibodies are less likely to experience severe disease which means they are less likely to be hospitalized. Therefore, we still do not know whether Omicron is less severe or more severe than Delta in those who have no preexisting antibodies from either previous infection or vaccination. We still need to compare the hospitalization rates of Delta and Omicron among those who lack antibodies. In other words, this study does not show that Omicron is less lethal than Delta.
7
Michael FlamingSword, You’re a bit confused.
