@bseaingu Live Action needs to explain who these experts are. Also, "partial-birth abortion" doesn't exist.

@Jay-zk7xk *you're
1
They're not even anti-abortion. If they were they would support subsidizing LARCs and comprehensive sex-ed, which has been demonstrated again and again to crash the abortion rate. They're just anti-choice.
1
Providence? What if he had been shot?
1
@Centurion305 Some reservations can be pretty dangerous. Search for "Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women," or words to that effect.
1
That's a non sequitur.
1
Juvenile delinquency was much worse in the earlier eras that you're referring to. The data make it very clear. Kevin Drum has written a lot about this, and The Economist has as well. Religiosity is not helpful; the least religious places in this country and around the world are generally the safest. If you're referring to corporal punishment, that just perpetuates the cycle of violence. These kids have probably been hurt by adults "caring" for them. Medical institutions make this clear as well.

Trafficking isn't funny.

The homicide rate is still very far below the peak (what occurred in 1990 or so).
1
Nobody's angry about the arriving migrants. They're angry about people being trafficked as props.
1
No, if the police are correct, these were fetuses.

@jusstmee The traffickers are people like Abbott & DeSantis's operatives who tricked these migrants and trafficked them a long distance away, to then be deposited by surprise at locations that were not prepared. Nobody's "moving them out" once the migrants arrived. The people of Martha's Vineyard came together and helped the migrants, and then the MA government (with a GOP governor!) stepped in to provide better assistance at a nearby location. Sanctuary cities are locations where local law enforcement will not serve as immigration enforcement. That's a red herring anyway; it's perfectly legal to seek asylum. Biden didn't open the borders. What gives you that idea? Besides, the asylum process takes years to complete, and non-citizens can't vote, so what are you complaining about?
1
Not the most.
1
Apart? A part?
1
What does that mean?
1
And if he had gotten shot?
1
Apparently they already did.
1
No such thing.
1
That, or all the nonsensical restrictions (TRAP laws) delay the woman's obtaining the abortion.
1
@MJ-bv8yx First, I apologize if English is not your first language, but your comment is near-gibberish. Second, to the extent that I can follow what you wrote, the fetuses were in Handy's apartment, not that of a doctor. The rest is part of the very unclear, convoluted story that they're telling.
1
@MJ-bv8yx Great, but that has nothing to do with any of this.
1
Your generation is not that bad. Delinquency used to be much worse.
1
Chases are liable to get innocent civilians killed.
1
That's in Michigan, and their charges were related to failure to secure the guns their son used.
1
He didn't vote for this. You're being ridiculous.
1
@timbojack There is no baby.
1
"Pro-lifers" tend to support lots of death in other ways, and if they were anti-abortion, they would support the only proven way to crash the abortion rate: subsidizing LARCs (IUDs & implants) and comprehensive sex-ed. It's worked again and again. I don't take the term "pro-life" seriously.
1
@timbojack It's a matter of personhood, not life (or species). Embryos & fetuses don't have that.
1
@jasperhernandez7364 should *have... Anyway, there it is. It always comes back to punishing people for having sex.
1
What's that supposed to mean?
1
One has nothing to do with the other.
1
It is. Violent crime is much less common than it was at the peak (around 1990).
1
The Obama years saw crime bottom out; for a while the homicide rate was at a 100-year low. The recent upswing in crime began under Trump, and now it's calming down, no matter what lurid news reporting makes you think.
1
New York is quite safe these days. In fact, that's true for most of DC and Chicago. The highest per-capita homicide rates are in rural areas.
1
@ctgal9698 Unless one hates suburbs, of course.
1
Asking for asylum is legal.
1
Asking for asylum is legal.
1
@jujugohard4289 Asking for asylum is perfectly correct. By the way, there are almost no visas available for lower-skilled workers.
1
Not the last one.
1
Neither, unless they support the protocol that actually crashes the abortion rate: subsidizing & encouraging LARCs (Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptives/Contraception, e.g. IUDs and implants), along with comprehensive, accurate sex-ed. We've seen it again and again, from an experiment in St. Louis, to Colorado, to Delaware (Upstream), etc.
1
So it's all predestined?
1
Nobody's angry about the migrants. They're angry about people being trafficked as props.
1
*you're *they're
1
@JG2733 Glenn What's that supposed to mean?
1
Nobody's angry about the migrants. They're angry about people being trafficked as props.
1
Nonsense.
1
Ok, but there's nothing wrong with abortion.
