Nobody cares about information leaking or people talking to their loved ones. It's about both sides having the ability to strike the location of the phone call. But both sides still use phones a lot for many military related reasons
13
"there's zero point in stopping the fight" - said the guy who isn't fighting while sitting in safety writing comments Putin proposed proper guarantees for Ukraine from both USA and Russia if Ukraine stayed neutral and nonaligned. Zelensky denied it. And don't you think that proper guarantees require negotiations, which are banned in Ukraine by law? Your masters don't care about Ukraine and its future. The sooner you realise it - the better
12
I'm curious what will you feel when the Taliban strikes your city with a Russian ICBM after your country invaded them for 20 years
11
@d3r4g45 that's what it feels like to be a puppet state
11
Do you realise that Ukraine is losing much more soldiers than Russia due to the huge Russian advantage in fire power?
10
@RonaldvandenBerg0411 what genocide? Less people died in Ukraine in 2 years than in Gaza in 1 month
9
@mufinsp0 "we know that" - ah yes, Ukraine has 5 times less artillery shells, 10 times less tanks, 100 times less planes and bombs, while suffering less losses than Russia somehow. What's the logic behind it btw? Especially considering that Ukraine got outplayed on the battlefield because they got encircled in Mariupol Lysichansk Severodonetsk Bahmut and Avdeevka, while sacrificing thousands for nothing in Krinky I really want to hear some logic behind your opinion
9
Russia will pay reparations to Ukrainian regions which will join Russia when the war ends Btw, where are you from? Just curious if your country invaded someone in the middle east in your life time and if you paid reparations
9
It doesn't matter how your GDP is if your production is pathetic. And Russia is outproducing the entire NATO
9
@pinkyfull except that vast majority of NATO countries admitted to have completely run out of equipment to give to Ukraine without taking it from active serving units. And even if they do it - Russia is still outproducing entire NATO
9
@freedomfighter22222 according to CNN NATO plans to produce 1.3m artillery shells in 2 years, while Russia is already producing 2.5m shells per year. What's your point? NATO doesn't even try to outproduce Russia. Btw, my favourite expansion is for patriot missiles from 550 per year to 600 per year, for comparison Russia is making 4k rockets per year. Nice expansion Russia is building new factories as we speak btw
8
People in eastern Ukraine wanted to join Russia since 2014. Do you think Taiwan shouldn't be free also?
8
@surfingonmars8979 do you realise that Russia outproduces entire NATO in artillery shells and tanks? Do you realise that Russia lost far less soldiers than Ukraine due to its huge advantage in fire power? Do you realise that Ukraine getting a fraction of Russian capabilities doesn't change anything?
6
@burbilog it isn't a crime to criticise war in Russia. What law specifically are you referring to? Are you lying on purpose or you got brainwashed by someone?
5
What logistics performance? Russia fires 60k shells per day, compared to 30k shells Ukraine receives in a month. Logistics can't become better than this. And no, Canada doesn't even have 500k winter clothing sets itself, they count all winter related gear to sound more significant
5
Если ты живёшь не в Крыму, то не имеешь никакого права от их лица говорить. И почему ты ещё не в окопе?
5
@halfalligator6518 if Ukrainians wanted to fight, why would Zelensky ban men from leaving Ukraine? Why would Ukrainian militia snatch people off streets to force them into the military? Do you know that dozens of Ukrainians drowned in Tisa while trying to escape Zelensky's regime? Do you also support the people of Donbas who fight for their own land? Do you support their democratic choice of joining Russia? What is Zelensky's idea of enslaving Crimea has to do with democracy?
5
Russia helps them in that regard by destroying infrastructure that was built in USSR
4
@thomasdalton1508 well, it's perfectly reasonable to assume that Russia is losing more than Ukraine during attack itself. But mostly both sides are just bombing each other while sitting in trenches Also, if 10 to 1 Russian advantage in artillery, 100 to 1 in aviation bombs and 10 to 1 in armour can be "compensated" by Russia being on the offensive, then how many soldiers Ukraine is losing when they're on the offensive? Are you implying that Ukraine lost 10+ times more than Russia during 2023 summer offensive? How many soldiers do you think Ukraine will lose to retake the 1991 borders? Also, all Russian men went through at least 1 year of military training before being recruited and trained for a few extra months. So average Russian soldiers are better trained than average Ukrainian soldiers. And what do you mean by "poorly equipped", considering that Russia is using far more armoured vehicles than Ukraine?
4
@malcolmgibson5088 stealing children from families is something new. Is there a single video of some mother asking Russian soldiers to not take away her child? Is there a single video of Russian soldiers using force to throw children inside some bus? A single video? No? Because I only remember how at the start of the war Russia offered to evacuate civilians, sometimes entire families, sometimes children first and parents later, but parents agreed on everything and also were evacuated. But maybe I'm wrong, so please name a video with such kidnapping, I'd love to be proven wrong.
4
@abrahamdozer6273 "500 components" - do they count laces and buttons? Not really, Russia gives soldiers every piece of basic gear they need. They had problems at the start of mobilization, but it's rarely the case now. Of course, soldiers can buy themselves gear, it's the case for many armies, including USA. For example in 2004 cbsnews were reporting that quarter of soldiers in iraq had no ceramic armour and soldiers were buying their own uniform a lot. When you're operating a lot of troops - you will inevitably have logistics problems at the start It was in spring. When you're pushing 100 kilometers deep in enemy territory in a day - you will have a lot of problems. Is your only example of bad logistics is from 8 months ago?
4
@georgine321 кому крымчане платят налоги? Кто платит крымчанам пенсии?
4
The west has already abandoned their proxies before. How did your life change after the USA left Afghanistan? How did the world change after the USA abandoned Vietnam?
4
@gamermccoolman9312 how will they do that? How many Ukrainians, do you think, Zelensky is willing to sacrifice to retake Crimea?
4
@rodneyfungus8249 NATO forces have been destroying power grid even in Serbia. And they also have been "flatten towns" because that's the only way to fight when your enemies hide inside civilian areas. You can clearly see the difference between Kherson, which both sides gave up without a fight and Bahmut, where Ukraine decided to hide behind civilians "Huge amount of aid" - and yet there are millions of people of the middle east who escaped to Europe. According to Le Monte - USA gave 21b dollars of aid to Afghanistan, which is basically nothing for 20 years of destruction and occupation
4
@andrzejbarcelonafrlk6416 well, Russia outproduces entire NATO in Artillery shells and tanks in general, it doesn't matter if those countries have political will to help Ukraine or not, they're physically unable to make Ukraine outgun Russia. Even Biden admitted that USA has run out of standard artillery shells Ukraine hasn't destroyed a single Russian ship that fires rockets on Ukrainian land. How exactly destroying random patrol boat or landing ship during repairs affects anything on a "strategic level" ? Doesn't look like Russian aviation is struggling in any way, considering that there's no evidence of Ukraine shooting down all those planes. On top of that Russia greatly increases their usage of heavy aviation bombs. And even if Ukraine was destroying Russian planes - Russia would still have 100-50 to 1 advantage in aviation over Ukraine. So what changed on "strategic level" for Ukraine when it comes to Russian aviation, since bombs are still flying more often than ever before? Ukraine certainly damages some Russian industry, but drones are physically unable to "destroy" anything. And even if they were - Russia destroys Ukraine much faster. So how is it affecting anything on a "strategic" level since Russia is still outproducing the entire NATO?
4
Majority of Ukrainians speak Russian. And how exactly Ukrainian culture different from Russian? Kievan Rus was formed after Russian city Novgorod captured Kiev. Same dynasty that captured Kiev and former Kievan Rus' later called themselves Tsars of all of Russia
4
@cv990a4 it's not about raw numbers of troops, but about fire power. 50 guys with rifles in the trench can't win against a single tank. 300 soldiers in training camp can't win against 2 pilots of strategic bomber. 100 guys in well fortified area can't win against 10 dudes with 2 artillery pieces. Russia can't afford to push as fast as in first few weeks of war. But bombarding Ukrainian troops while slowly pushing forward is minimising losses for Russia
4
Yeah, just the way Ukraine acted towards Donbas and Crimea

@war-painter lies Father of that girl with drawing was sent to jail for 2 years after he tried to escape after police found out that he was posting things that discredit the Russian army. Girl's drawing was just the reason why police checked his social media. It's also illegal to support Russia in Ukraine and in multiple European countries Girl with stickers was sent to jail for 7 years because he was spreading fakes about the Russian army (spreading Ukrainian war propaganda about Russian losses. Gonzalo Lira also went to Ukrainian jail for spreading Russian propaganda And not a single protester received anything other than 10k fine for protesting without notifying the government. I also protested and also received 10k fine, just like 30 other people in my bus. Fine had nothing to do with me being anti war, but with no one notifying the government about the protest 2 weeks before protest, that's the law Again, noone will send you to jail for saying that you hate Putin, hate war or want Russia to stop bombing Ukraine. But if you will spread enemy war propaganda - you're in trouble
3
Do you support the free and democratic choice of the people of Crimea and Donbas to join Russia?
3
@xxwookey not sure what do you mean my reliable figures. But according to Gaza's ministry of health 10k civilians have been killed in 1 month after October 7. At the same time Ukraine has lost a bit less than 10k civilians. Wiki has an entire page about it. But even if you believe Netanyahu - half of the overall Gaza's casualties are civilians. Which is not even close for Ukrainian war
3
Воистину. Всегда забавно смотреть, как люди на западе делают вид, что хотят русским помочь, но при этом говорят об уничтожении экономики России и о плюсах убийства как можно большего числа моих сограждан
3
@thomasdalton1508 I just did the math. From June to September of 2023, according to mediazona, Russia lost 6800 soldiers KiA. Do you think that in those 4 months of the offensive Ukraine has lost 60+ thousand KiA? Considering that you believe that 10 to 1 advantage in fire power can be compensated by defending instead of attacking
3
@georgine321 name one person who was deported Name one person who was imported It's the democratic choice of Crimeans to join Russia, it doesn't matter who recognised what, the only thing that matters is what Crimeans want Taiwan is also recognised as Chinese territory. Do you think Americans are occupying them? Would you support China if they sent troops to Taiwan to ensure security of their internationally recognised borders? Would your country sanction the USA if America decided to send their troops there? Because for some reason I don't think that you actually care about internationally recognised borders. I think you just don't like people with different opinions.
3
It's difficult for both sides, but Russia is terribly outgunning Ukraine. You can just use your brain
3
@justanghozzst8218 Crippled how exactly? By losing old soviet Stockpiles? Now Russia is making 2 million drones per year and a huge army with experience in modern warfare, which no other country, outside Ukraine, has. They also outproduce entire NATO in artillery shells, tanks and rockets. Even western and Ukrainian commanders admitted that Russia is only getting stronger
3
@jaredjosephsongheng372 Russia doesn't need to make progress (capture land) because they have been forcing on destruction of Ukrainian army. And it's working well, considering that only after 2 years Ukraine already ran out of volunteers and can't replace their losses despite kidnapping people off streets to throw them into the military
3
Indeed. Budapest memorandum states that Ukraine should have remained sovereign and independent, but the USA took Ukrainian independence in 2014 coup. To guarantee peace in Ukraine - NATO should stay away from it
3
@jonathancowan2251 Nuland also on camera said that USA spent 5 billion dollars to "promote democracy" in Ukraine. I'll remind you that western media lost their mind when Russia spent 20m dollars on some American bloggers
3
@andrzejbarcelonafrlk6416 Russia outproduces the entire NATO in artillery shells and tanks, they also started using much more drones than Ukraine since 2023 (which was the only Ukrainian advantage). That's on top of making loads of fab500-1500 bombs to destroy Ukrainian positions. So on the ground itself - Russia has a huge upper hand, while Ukraine doesn't have any advantages And globally - Ukrainian support is falling, they aren't receiving many weapons anymore, so the difference between Russian and Ukrainian firepower is growing So, how is Russia not winning exactly in your opinion?
3
@JeroenvanHaren I indeed don't care about internationally recognised things. I care about the will of the people who can choose future of their land. And eastern Ukrainian regions chose to become part of Russia
3
@occhamite yeah, but same dynasty that ruled Kievan Rus later ruled Russia. If historians named this country Novgordian Rus - would you consider it to be Russia?
3
@occhamite don't remember Britain and France being the same country for hundreds of years And Donbas wants to join Russia. Why shouldn't they? Ukraine never had their own nukes, those were Russian nukes with codes in Moscow. Ukraine sovereignty should have been respected also. But in 2014 Ukraine lost it's independence and sovereignity So whats the difference between Ukrainian and Russian culture? As a Russian, I met many Ukrainians, but I had no idea if they're Ukrainians or not before they told me. So maybe you can enlighten me
3
@occhamite you haven't answered. What's the difference between Russians and Ukrainians? You're avoiding this question because you have no idea, because you wouldn't distinguish one from another if you met them too Can you also say that Donbas/Crimea were also under Ukrainian sway and were Ukrainian dominions like India to Britain? Because everything you said is just nonsense. People in all regions of USSR had the same rights, they weren't colonies, they were regions, no different from regions in your country One can also say that legal government on Kiev in 2014 was overthrown by lawless bandits from Right Sector. "Had Ukraine been equipped" - if they had a death star it would have been even easier for them. But it's kinda hard to outgun a country that outproduces entire NATO. But you're right, maybe they should have developed their country, instead of relying on someone else's money
3
@occhamite Ukraine does has it's own language, tho half of it prefers to speak Russian. How can Ukrainian culture predate Russia if you have no idea what's the difference between Russian and Ukrainian cultures? The only difference you know is a language in western Ukraine, admit it and don't try to act like Russians and Ukrainians are different people "I don't believe it" - you don't need to believe it, you can try to find a single law in USSR that would take a person's nationality into consideration. Every region sent mobilised troops to Ukraine according to their population, it has nothing to do with race. No need in treating Russia by racist standards of your country. But yeah, poorer regions have more volunteers than richer regions, same goes for any country ever Pretty much all western media admitted that Russia makes at least 3 times more artillery shells than entire NATO. GDP has little to do with military production. The Russian military industry was created for war, western was created for profit. That's why the entire NATO struggles to scramble enough equipment for Ukraine to do anything of value
3
@Democracy_and_Respect what nonsense? Is there a single opinion poll in the Donbas or Crimea after 2014 Kievan coup that would suggest that they don't want to be part of Russia?
3
@axelv1753 What opinion poll suggests that? What percentage of people in Belgorod want to join Ukraine?
3
@fftt9360 indeed. It's pretty dumb to push Russia towards China by sanctioning them in Europe. Combination of unlimited resources and unlimited workforce is scary
3
@mariaf.6601 Russia outproduces the entire NATO combined. What are you on about?
