I was a subcontractor and did Emergency Roadside Service from my car - it was my own small business but only employed me, until the pandemic destroyed it. I don't want to work that hard again because I'm in my late 50's; so I didn't apply for business money / pandemic bail out. I just collected unemployment for a while in 2021 then decided to deliver food. I'm fine because I retired from the Army reserves in 2018, and receive compensation for 20 years of service. Still I like your content it can be very helpful.

  25. That Chipotle story is a real Eye Opener; thanks for your research. I invested in some Bitcoin and Altcoins; today most of them are dropping like a rock (selling off) and I think it's because of Christmas. Some are using the money to get presents is my guess.

So if I can't afford the 15 year and there a a million others that can't but could do a 30 year; deductive reasoning suggest it's only for the upper middle and high wage earners.   44. Thank you and that's great advice for those politicians. Let's help people younger and even a lot younger than they are; please step the hell down. Someone needs to start a petition that will go viral about Congressional term limits because that would solve the problem right there. Three or four terms and you're out. 2) If you don't do a term limit for them then how about an age limit. 70 years old and you're out just like most people in the private sector (and public sector). 65 would be even better.

  46.  @jorgeargudo3774  Well you can blame it on mild winters - and it doesn't get nearly as hot as Florida. Most homeless aren't thinking about politics, but I get you. Time for a change there just Republican seems to be the option, but you'll never get a Republican Governor. Nancy Pelosi should have been out years ago but WE STILL DON"T HAVE TERM LIMITS, or even a mandate for one. Someone please start a petition for term limits in Congress and Senate.

Also a good thrifty mindset - I'm like that with internet and phones too. Well done, and best of luck to you. I live in central Virginia and I mortgaged a townhouse with a 30 year fixed-rate loan at 2.75% interest. Here it's fairly thrifty at a payment of $890 a month. So I'm tracking you just not a lump sum buy or buys like you did. However a good investment and affordable, but I like what you did because of the land you get. I do like space well maybe one day.
