  8.  @richardscathouse  Well folks that pay rent on time should really be buyers..... except it's one of the worst housing markets to buy in now. Good luck on trying to buy one. I did but it's a townhouse because I won't pay high rents if I can buy at the same rent price (actually lower); and even rent one of my rooms out. This investment is going real good right now.

My furnace is powered by gas and I'm in the state of Virginia. I think it's metered that way I just got in the house around mid - May.

Three or four terms and you're out, or an age limit of 70 seems fair.

It seems to me that ever since WW2, the US steps into conflicts that in many ways it shouldn't. Part of the trouble is always the leader of a country, a guy like Hitler for example, is crazy and so now that military has to do what he says. So if President Putin woke up last month and says...... We're going into Ukraine and take it then there they go. My background is just so you know... 12 years active duty Army and 8 years in the Reserves. And my father was in a major war as a young man...WW2. He served and fought Hitler's forces.

  35. There's a Tesla Gigafactory in Germany (Berlin). Other Gigafactories are in California, Texas and China with more places in consideration. Just for your information Norway is 80% EV, the number one EV on the road there is Tesla. China is booming with EV's there are many kinds of cheaper EV's there too. I watch a lot of YouTube regarding EV's and I have an investment in Tesla. And on YouTube I hear about VW's ID4 and that's about it and that's because the price is competitive.
