This is because Russia is firing at the North Koreans in Kursk, and in response the North Koreans are wildly firing all over the Kursk region, which gives no choice and Ukraine now has to defend the Kursk region because some of their soldiers are still stuck there, being encircled by the Russians. We just need to hear from British Intelligence to confirm this stuff.
