All these vaccines are not effective, maybe a little effective but not fully effective, so anti vaxxers or no, there will be people who are de facto not vaccinated even though they had a vaccine. Also vaccines have been made very expensive, so all this partial immunity carries a huge price tag. If the vaccine is not 100% effective, it is just not effective. And if there is an outbreak in all these people who got shots but not immunity, all these other vaccinated people with partial immunity will promote mutation of the disease.
