Allowed? Oprah was pushing her to make claims of racism the whole time. When she did, oprah fained shock. Oprah wanted explosive allegations for ratings so she'd get more money. How do you think that interview would have gone rating wise if nothing explosive was in it? If it was just self entitled rich people imagined problems? How many people would have actually watched? Oprah needed controversy

If sanctuary city is simply a colloquial term to describe a municipality that aim to create a welcoming environment for immigrants and refugees by not asking about their immigration status, not disclosing that information to authorities, and not denying city services based on their immigration status and they are now doing the opposite, then they automatically cease to be sanctuary cities. Because "sanctuary city" is not a legal term.

It's like when universities kick people out for crimes they haven't been convicted for, or even have been acquitted of.
1
I'm pretty sure you'll find examples of these kinds of people all across yankville. Probably more than a handful in every state. Pretty sure if you check out the history of small towns you'll find examples of these people going back to foundation. The fewer checks and balances in place, and the fewer resources a town has to implement/enforce such checks and balances, with independent authority, then the more likely you'll find someone like this.

The amount of needless padding in this video is insane.
1
Bring back democracy first. Minorities have no business running the show. Their opinions are irrelevant.

I do not believe for a moment that Henyard is mentally ill. Everything she does is motivated and purposeful. Sloppy, yes, but purposeful nonetheless. Do I believe it's possible Henyard put a hit out on this woman? Absolutely. Particularly when police wouldn't take a report and Henyard had all the motivation to do so. Henyard is precisely the kind of person the BLM prison abolitionists want in power. I do not believe for a moment it's a coincidence that EVERY elected pro-BLM official across the country happens to be a criminal and engaging in corruption. Mayors like Henyard are on purpose.
1
It always makes me giggle when youtubers claim "no one is reporting it" about any story. If no one was reporting it then you wouldn't know about it to make the video. Let's be real, you're not doing investigative journalism here. You're just parroting what you heard/read from actual journalists. So some news entities are covering whatever it is in any specific instance.
1
What two eligible crimes do you suggest she has committed? What evidence for those crimes exists?
1
I would say if she loses she should have to pay a percentage of her earnings every month for the remainder of her life or 20 years, whichever comes first. That will ensure 1. She is adequately punished 2. Others are adequately disincentised from bringing similar false allegations.
1
You know, for someone championing DEI and diversity in general for society, government and other people's businesses, she sure seems to have a very specific type of person she hangs around and does her personal business with.
1
How do you commit a "hate crime" against yourself? That's peak wokeism. False police report charge is fine, but a hate crime against yourself? That's insanity.
1
"I need to find 11,780 votes" is election interference. That others helped try to make that happen is a criminal conspiracy. But you already knew that, didn't you.
1
Politics is by its nature corrupt. The argument that these are politically motivated charges seems to be "Well everyone else in politics is doing it, but they aren't being charged, therefore the charges must be illegitimate" It fails to address whether the letter of the law was broken, and if it was, fails to then call on all the other people doing the same thing to also be charged. We can't say whether the mayor is compromised or not without first knowing whether the charges are legitimate. That appears to be undecided and with all due respect the learned opinions of youtubers don't decide a legal issue. Courts do. The court filings don't state that if Adams does what they say they won't refile the charges. The court filings say they'll decide in November. You can make an assumption about it going away if he does what he's told, and that might turn out to be accurate. But as it stands there is nothing stopping the DOJ refining after November even if he does what they want.

Given youtube crosses many nation-state jurisdictions, it is undoubtedly the case that a large proportion of views on any given video are from users outside the jurisdictional reach of Yankville. How do these court ordered demands function on youtube for users not residing inside yankville? Seems like a much bigger issue if the FBI are collecting information of people in countries outside their jurisdiction.

I don't think this is a double standard. They don't cover this stuff from the college circuit either. I think it's just a matter of no one cares about women's sports or knows who the players are. So they don't get national headlines because there's no name recognition. They'd have to explain to everyone who she is and why it matters before they could even tell the story. No one is watching women's sport.

5:51 Back in my day, being dressed like this meant you definitely didn't present the news.
1
An economic migrant is by definition a migrant, even if they entered illegally. It is the correct word for them.
1
@animejanai4657 Not because anything happened. Just because they were weak and melodramatic like you. Nowhere in the west are you anonymous in 2024. Not even if you cover your face. Property damage is a crime. Property damage for extortion is a felony. Stop being a melodramatic whimp.
1
To be clear Mace DID NOT claim that something did not happen. What she said is, that a civil liability is not the same thing as a criminal conviction. That someone can be found innocent of something criminally but found liable civilly. That's all she's saying. The interview was disgusting. The question IMO is not at all a fair question.
1
The interview with Michael Shellenberger that dropped at the start of the week with Tucker Carlson is very informative about everything that went wrong and why. Watch as absolutely nothing changes. They'll stick all the blame on a patsy and go on business as usual.
1
Those are made up rates. The offical rate of divorce is 11%
1
17:57 "would you describe someone from Columbia as a migrant" If they have immigrated? Yes? Because they are? I thought you were a lawyer. I'm surprised you don't know the difference between a migrant, an asylum seeker, a refugee, and an irregular border crossing.

It just blows my mind that no one seems to be talking about the thing that actually lost Kamala the election. The economy. More importantly, how the economy affected people individually in their spending power. Kamala didn't address it in her campaign. Trump did. The end. That's the whole story. Trump has a history of a good economy. Kamala has a history of a bad economy and no communicated plan to turn it around. Most voters are simple. They want government to set up conditions for them to do well financially, and then leave them alone. The activists and pundits on both sides don't seem to understand that.

"Those days" never existed.

I'm sure they'll find some reason why the evidence means the DA doesn't have to be removed from the case. Willis will end it with Wad, the evidence won't be enough or something. But if it they get removed, what jurisdiction do you think it will get moved to?
1
Looks like Mr Steele has bonded out and will not have to attend the county jail has the jidge instructed. If one has blanket immunity, does that apply equally to purgury during compelled testimony? They definitely have an interesting interpretation of justice in fulton county.
1
@PMLT3400 That's a very nice use of logical fallacies there. Let me help you out. • An FBI investigation does not mean a crime has actually been committed, nor that charges will be brought. The FBI do thousands of investigations annually that lead nowhere • No one other than you has mentioned any timeline. • Personal attacks only weaken your argument • Amongst all your cope, you forgot to name a single jailable crime that you have evidence Henyard committed Henyards scheme is transparent. We know she's wrapped herself up in patsies for any crimes that could be committed, and given herself plausible deniability. Listen to her lawyer talk about Keith Freeman. "Woe is this new mayor, she did not know the rules or how to be a mayor. She relied completely on Freeman and he did things behind her back that were against the rules. Take pity on her because some identity politics stuff". In court it doesn't matter what you believe. It doesn't matter what you think you can see. It doesn't matter what ypur gut tells you. What matters, the ONLY thing that matters, is what you can PROVE with evidence. Got any?
1
@randywissler9923 Yeah, pointing out reality means that right? 🤣 Grow up and get some perspective.
1
@JimmyfromPhilly1-ub4hq roflmao. What about pointing out the reality of the situation makes you make such a hideous comment? Or are you just being antisemitic, which is a crime...
1
@jerrygundrum1 I said crimes, those are not crimes. Those are iniustices sure, but they are not crimes. No one goes to jail for those things. Her charity never had her name registered to it, she used paties. She's used paties for everything. Name the CRIMES you have EVIDENCE she has committed.
1
@fish9905 What evidence of these crimes do you have? None of us have seen evidence of those crimes so please share the evidence so we all know.
1
@domone1201 Comments like that are so empty headed. That's a heavy dose of copium you're on.
1
@jerrygundrum1 That's this video Jerry. The mayor has the authority to make purchases. The dispute is an internal one over procedure. It isn't criminal in nature. The signs will eventually either be returned or paid. Either way the debtor is the village, not the individual. Try again
1
Can you name the "some of the best cities that are run by women"?
1
To be clear nothing in this hearing was of a criminal nature. Jail was never on the cards. It was only ever a matter of whether the DAs office in fulton county could try this case or had to pass it on to a different DA. Those were the only options.
1
@gregn16 No it doesn't. From Cambridge dictionary Nepotism (n) the act of using your power or influence to get good jobs or unfair advantages for members of your own family
1
@NightWhisper8462 Better? lol. The reason is a dictionary only describes how words are used. Most common words have varied their meaning over the last 200 years. What happened centuries ago isn't an argument for now. Yes, history informs the present but it does not dictate it. In modern times (and I use that loosely because the change happen more than a century ago) neoptism refers to just family.
1
@NightWhisper8462 🤣🤣 Your condescending iamverysmart act isn't helping sell your ridiculous mental gymnastics. It's just making you look foolish. You have no actual argument. Logical fallacies and calls to what once was are not an argument. It appears you do not realise it, but I did actually answer your question. It's meaning changed because popular usage changed. You literally quoted that in your reply. The definition in 2024 does not include friends or associates, that is all that matters. It just means giving favours to family. Get over it, move on with your life. There's no discussion or debate to be had. Have a great life

@TheDuravida 🤦♂️ No.

Sunny is upset that if Colemans ideas gain traction she won't get free money and her children won't get special treatment. She wants a racially segregated world where people who look like her are on top.

There are only 3 star wars films, there will only ever be 3 star wars films. Everything else is just a poor knock off. I cancelled my disney+ subscription in November last year because they support genocide and I don't. I haven't seen any of Disney's remakes or live action films. They don't have anything in that catalogue worth watching. They have these films as existing properties that I enjoyed. Why would I want to watch how someone else would make the same movie I already liked? It's like getting someone to cover a tupac or beatles song, then wondering why it didn't get the same audience as the original. I was never into the MCU. Nothing against anyone who is, it just wasn't my thing. But from ny perspective what they did was try to milk that thing so long and at such an intensity, with no new properties in between that everyone got tired of it. That's what collapsed the MCU. Laziness and greed. If they had limited the MCU to one film every other year and worked on other properties in between they'd still be in good financial shape and people wouldn't have grown weary of the MCU. They're making the same mistake by making all their characters female or minority. Just pumping them out and making the mistake that the virtue signal is enough to make audiences turn up. This might be controversial to some, but Disney need to stop the remakes altogether. Hollywood in general has a problem with hack writers these days, stop hiring those people and seek out real writing talent. There's no shortage of it. Create new properties, with new characters. Good, solid characters that can be unifying instead of ideological or divisive. So one actually cares what gender they are or what colour skin they have.

Maybe when she gets out she cam be the mayor of Dolton? She seems to have the qualities they like to vote for...
1
Nate is so happy there's more to the Henyard story. FBI aren't going to arrest her. Not signing a liquor license isn't a federal crime. They'll investigate, because they have to. But just like all the other investigations, including other liquor licenses she hasn't issued, this will go nowhere. Golden goose isn't laying anymore.
1
@shabeki Talking reality and not being part of a mindless, brain dead mob is not defending her. I'm stating a fact, I'm not providing approval.
1
@shabeki In IL some types of kickbacks are in fact legal. It's the most corrupt state in the USA for a reason. Do you have concrete evidence of criminal kickbacks that Henyard personally participated in? The FBI don't. Laurie Lightfoot doesn't. The board of trustees don't. Please point us to the evidence that everyone else missed. There is a difference between being corrupt and being criminally corrupt. There is a difference between what you suspect or speculate on, and what can be demonstrated in a court of law. That I don't want to fall into your braindead mob mentality and delude myself into thinking something will happen that objectively won't does not make me a troll. Nor does the fact that reality hurts your feelings make me a troll. You can disagree with me and make a case for that, but you don't get to come here and call me names or act like a fool.
1
What material EVIDENCE of criminal fraud do you have? "I heard some things in the news/on youtube" is not evidence.
1
@Salazarsbizzar So, to a question asking about the EVIDENCE you have, that no one else has mind you, your response is "yeah right" ... way to tell me no one should take you seriously.
