Israel is responsible for the deaths of 82 Palestinian children since 2022 (murders only, doesn't include the 78 children who died this weekend from IDF bombs or from lack of access to medical treatment or nutrition in the Israeli open air prison nor the thousands of dead children since 1948) . However, they're brown, poor and Muslim so it doesn't count, therefore you won't see Palestinian parents crying on the MSM for their murdered children (just to be 100% clear, these children were not involved in any crimes, just collateral damage). This doesn't justify terrorist killings of Israeli's but to pretend that this is an unprovoked attack is ridiculous. Sadly, extremists in both Hamas and Netanyahu's governments have caused the deaths of so many people.

I'd super appreciate it as everything else is just attacking the liberals (which I support). My basic concern is that the conservatives always talk a big game but the devil is in the details. They usually say that they're going to help the working class, but it usually ends up tax breaks for the rich and service fees for the rest of us.

At that rate with a $3,000 one-bedroom apartment you would have to live on basically a few dollars a day in food. Pretty messed up for everyone. Life sucks

  27. I appreciate that someone who faces an illness that will only get worse, while they suffer more and more until the end wants a dignified passing & to go out under their own terms. HOWEVER, unfortunately because we choose to not tax companies like Google, Facebook, Amazon, as well as all the other mega conglomerates that pay nothing to completely hollow out our small business communities and destroy jobs in a race to the bottom for the least pay possible for workers. We will continue to diminish our resources for our elderly & ourselves who will inevitably be a greater burden on the taxpayers as they are the overwhelmingly largest part of society. Unfortunately the majority of conservatives don't want immigration to fulfill the roles of younger people who are willing to work very hard, while being taxed excessively without services as they are all given to the boomers . That means there will inevitably be a services pinch. That will mean you either have the money for your parents to die with dignity, which coincidentally will also mean after they die 12years later. You will end up with nothing (if you are lucky) and be renting for triple the rate from BlackRock as a result of Canada's liberal and conservative commitment to corporations and not Canadians. Sadly, we are very, very, very, very stupid. If you watch global News and think it's not propaganda to convince you to vote against your own interest, then you're even stupider than I thought.. I'm no fan of the Liberals, but let's be honest, the conservatives are going to give tax breaks to the ultra wealthy (mainstream media), service cuts to everyone else, slightly less mass immigration (look up the numbers, the Cons are almost exactly the same on immigration) and of course petty cruelty to anyone who needs help like veterans, the disabled or anyone else who can't help the conservatives get more power and money. If you don't believe me, look up their record or I can send it to you if you want. I understand hating Trudeau, he's a bumbling imbecile but sadly Pierre is something much more dangerous. Pierre is actually very smart and he knows how to manipulate people into voting against their own interests. Don't get me wrong, I get that people are going to do that anyways because they are grossly ignorant of the facts of Pierre's voting record in the 9 years of the Harper government & it's relentless support of corporations and the ultra wealthy. But eventually those choices will come home to roost and people will remember why they kicked out Harper and almost 10 years of debt-ridden government broken promises. Sadly, it'll be after Pierre sells off a bunch of important Canadian infrastructure/land just like Harper did on his last year in government to the highest bidder in order to pretend that he balanced the budget (could you imagine selling your house and then having to rent it from the new owners while telling your family that the balance sheet looks good as your money goes to the landlord every month?!?!).  The conservatives ran out the back door with bags of money (Cons foreign minister Baird literally left government & worked for a Chinese billionaire and a f##$ing Gold mine. It's f**** cartoonish?!?!). Clearly, Pierre is one of the greatest snake oil salesman of our time, even more depressing is that the Canadian people will have to pick up the tab as always on the back of working Canadians. P.s. had Trudeau actually ended first-past-the-post system (FPTP) which he campaigned on and then didn't bring in proportional representation because it allowed Liberals to rule unopposed is why we are going to have a majority conservative government (last time it was 34% of the electorate that voted for conservatives but won a majority )even though the overwhelming majority of Canadians actually don't support that. Have you ever noticed that PP's solutions are always the ones where Canadian taxpayers reward the industries that specifically donate to PP's campaign to the tune of multimillions, also seems to specifically benefit his particular base of power in the populations that support him specifically? He also seems to be just fine with throwing dairy management + a lot of the priorities of the East coasts industries under the bus as they don't generally tend to support conservatives (just for the record, I like Canadian dairy, milk, eggs, look it up as we get a higher quality product for a better price as I don't want a bunch of chemical hormone garbage that Americans flood our market with). Don't get me wrong, obviously oil and gas is extremely important but let's keep in mind that it's still less than 10% of GDP and the other 90% of the country is more relevant in terms of business and jobs. Also, my concern with PP is that he and Danielle Smith have made it abundantly clear that they will prioritize their people first at the expense of everyone else and considering the fact that NAFTA was originally negotiated under a conservative government which screwed Canadian businesses & workers in the first place so that doesn't't exactly inspire confidence that PP's not going to be willing to throw most Canadians under the bus again to protect himself, his donors & corporate donors again?!? Liberals are terrible BUT at least they have votes everywhere in the country, even some in Alberta + is therefore less likely to do what Danielle Smith did by agreeing to whatever Trump says.   39. 😂Listening to Trudeau makes my skin crawl, however, I've never been a fan of the conservatives either as I remember the Harper government. They gave some upper class tax cuts for soccer mom's, petty cruelty service cuts to the elderly, disabled and veterans (& of course the usual losers but that just makes them break into my stuff more) So I'm curious as to what you think electing a conservative government will do specifically for Us? As far as I know, everyone making less than $100,000 gets a carbon CHQ (I make over the cutoff so I have never seen a check. I'll actually get a tax break), once the cons are elected people won't get that anymore as the cons have said they're going to end many programs and they're going to slash government spending which generally means that you will be paying more for services while also not receiving the carbon chq anymore either? So just in terms of a day-to-day quality of life situation, what do you actually expect will be the difference? I know Pierre said he'd make it possible to buy a home in Vancouver where I live by "stopping the gatekeepers" which sounds cool of course cuz who doesn't want that but it doesn't actually make any sense as it doesn't say how? I mean do you think Pierre is having homeless veterans put into the house next to his place LOL!? I get hating Trudeau is enjoyable cuz he really sucks bad but I just don't see how the conservatives are any different? I'm not being facetious, I'm actually asking cuz I know I make well over six figures and Pierre is definitely going to bring my taxes down as I don't have kids, I don't need services and for the most part I can use my business for tax deductions. Obviously I still pay insanely too high taxes but I just don't see the difference in terms of which government steals from you except some of my friends who aren't doing so well. Will definitely be f*** over as Pierre will destroy the safety net for poor people, disabled, veterans and the usual people the conservatives go after so that they can give tax breaks to their millionaire friends. I guess if you're into that or you're a millionaire fair enough, but that's not really where I'm at as I think it makes the world a shittier place to live.

I've been studying politics as my hobby (I don't know what else to call it really as it's not what I get paid for and it serves no purpose LOL) but from my experience it's center left government who racks up debt inadequate social programs while always ensuring that large corporations don't pay too much taxes vs Conservative government that wants to slash government services and corporate taxes which also drives up debt while making everyone a little less secure. Neither is ideal for the obvious reasons but I'm afraid all of the new Conservative voters are going to be bitterly disappointed by what they actually do if history is any indication. If you could arrest your way out of the drug problem Reagan would have won the war on drugs, he didn't, drugs won unfortunately. By locking people up it will cost the government many more millions than what government services cost. Meaning less money for doctors and programs for drug addicts as they will get out of prison eventually. I know none of this is helpful, it just is what it is. Hope things get better for you and your family and that Pierre keeps any of his promises this time. Thanks for responding respectfully, most people are just trying to survive.
