So you can sell products to them and not insult them in the process. There is literally no other reason for it besides mercantilism. Unfortunately, PR being about the media, people often get PR terms mixed up with real life terms and scientifically deduced knowledge. Like the word Alpha, what "class" country you live in (First world, second world, third world), and so on. These terms were originally marketing buzzwords that made it into the lexicon of human speech without an actual definition and then the definitions started to take on new meaning as PR firms saw need. It all revolves around your government, it's agenda and the type of propaganda it spews as well as large, multinational corporations that have interest in changing narratives and the propaganda they spew. We really need to take our vocabulary back as many people sound like they have no idea what they are talking about using these catch phrases that literally were derived from a PR meeting and from very greedy individuals that would like to unlock the human mind so they can sell you whatever they want to. In other words we are all proving them right, that we are sheep and can be controlled, when we roll with their ideas, mannerisms and speech. I believe that knowing things like this is the basis for being "woke" or "aware". And those buzz words are as useless as tits on a snake due to the fact that the words themselves have been tampered with and people constantly use them incorrectly for their political campaigns and sales campaigns but guess what? That's why they changed their meanings to begin with. So you think you know the "real" meaning. Meanwhile it never had a real meaning, it's just another buzz word in a world full of click bait ads and click bait videos.
