  3.  @StrategicWealthLLC  Your explanation is ignoring that black Americans have more access to a better education than the groups you mentioned. So saying it's education based, isn't the root cause either. It's not only looking at new immigrants, but how a person self identifies. So even Japanese Americans that have been here since they were in internment camps are counted as Japanese. The same is true for every group you mentioned. Chinese that helped construct the railroads would still racially and ethnically identity as Chinese. Cultural based I think is much more the root, because the groups that outperform are ones with strong family ties, strong sense of family honor, and work ethic. When that was the case in black culture, they were much closer than they are today with the average even though they faced far more discrimination and legal hurdles. That's why trying to make the claims CRT does isn't supported by any actual studies. Edit: Plus the claim CRT makes that black Americans are at the bottom is completely false. Natives have been far below them for decades as have disabled. The entire theory is based on a false premise to start with.

  6. I’m from a rural area in south Arkansas. About 20 minutes to the Texas border. When I was growing up they’d come through for seasonal work from farming and leave. Then one year they stopped leaving. Now every new restaurant is a Mexican one where no one speaks English. It’s insane.

I'm not understanding this "gotcha". They both said the same thing. Steven's agent sent a number, DW sent the term sheet, Crowder said no these terms aren't acceptable, Jeremy said they waited 3 months and said that's the only offer. People have been watching so many different videos of other people they don't remember what was said by who I guess. I've only watched DW and Steven's video, part of Shad's, Lauren's, and Crowder on Timcast.

It's what's currently being done when it comes to illegals. They can't vote so they have no representation and the majority don't pay taxes yet they're counted on the census to decide how much representation each state gets.

We're a Constitutional Republic) is a form of democracy. You are conflating direct democracy with just democracy. Right populism is simply a rejection of the elites in terms of US politics. So by saying you don't like populism, you're saying you prefer to have the elites rule which is against the Founders because they envisioned regular people serving the people within government roles. Edit: A good example is Obama's first term platform. It was extremely populist. His policies weren't so he wasn't one, he just used it to get elected.

One of them was serving a life sentence for killing a cheerleader. He escaped and killed 2 more people. I have no use for people that think someone like that should be on the streets.

The MSM is gleefully boasting how people's opinion on leaving is changing as they flood you with images that honestly have been occurring there regularly before now because it's been incredibly dangerous for the civilians because we weren't enforcing law and order and neither was the Afghan government. The police force had young, male, sex slaves for Christ's sake as did some of their military. The mothers begged them to stop, but they wouldn't. The idea that it's been "stable" is strictly from our troops not being attacked. It wasn't stable for the civilians, it was a nightmare.

It’s up to her attorney to stop her. That’s how people end up saying things they shouldn’t and it opens the door for lines of questioning that might have been blocked by a previous ruling.

  32. It's not my place to decide what another adult has done to their body. It's plastic surgery. People have it done every single day. I don't want laws made by the government determining what I'm allowed to do with my property, which includes my body. It sets a precedent that would make the mandates people fought against perfectly legal. That has always been the problem. It's not that you disagree with the idea of the government making those decisions, you just didn't like THAT decision. You just want ones from the side you agree with.   33. The best the Fellowship (it's what the fandom is called) can figure out, it's Finrod. Angered and Aegnor died fighting Morgoth. Finrod is the only one associated with Sauron and Middle Earth. His kingdom was in the mountains, instead of the Woodlands like most Elves. He was close to the Easterling where Sauron was creating his armies. Because he was in the mountains, they were near Dwarves. The Dwarves saved his life do he owed them a life debt. Him and some companions magically disguised themselves as orcs and infiltrated Sauron's forces. Sauron showed up and could see through the disguises. Finrod almost defeated Sauron right then, but got injured by a werewolf. He defeated the werewolf, but succumbed to his injuries. Thus he had fulfilled his life debt because he died protecting the Dwarves. So there was no "mission" for her to complete. It also looks like that's not at all how he's going to die, which is a lot of people's favorite story. The snow scene is the Elves that were banished to Middle Earth for taking part in the Kinslaying. She certainly didn't lead the crossing as all families involved were removed so it would be hundreds if not thousands. Certainly not that small number shown. Given that that was what remained of her family members crossing or members that followed her family during the Kinslaying, it makes her demanding anyone be left behind particularly disgusting on her part. The Eminem character, is supposed to be a group of fanatic Elves, which given the nature of Elves is ridiculous. None of that is getting into her having a relationship with Sauron even though in the books he avoided her, Elrod, and Gil-Galad because they had strong foresight and could see through his disguises. Which makes her line about whatever you've done leave it because she would know what they had done, what they were thinking, and likely what they were going to do in the future. You just have to watch the movies to understand that part. That's why she gave them the gifts she did. She knew they'd need them later. The only thing that looks good on paper is the unemployment rate in most places. That is until you realize we haven't added any new jobs in 2 years and haven't even recovered the ones lost. That means a significant portion of the workforce is not looking for employment and that's where the drop in GDP smacks you in the face. The government needs to realize they aren't going to be getting the tax money they are accustomed to so all this insane spending has to stop and major cuts are needed.

  37.  @sydtopia hen you reserve it, a QR code is sent via the app and it includes the bike number. You scan the bike with the QR code to unlock it and begin your ride. I hope that’s clearer. That bike won’t be available for anyone not using that QR code until a certain amount of time has passed. If it hasn’t been scanned within the allotted time frame, the bike will be released as available again. Edit: Most likely he docked the bike and she reserved it because it’s an e bike. He tried to get it again but it was locked so him and his friends were hanging around waiting for the time period to expire. They saw her get on the bike and rush to prevent her taking it before her reservation expired (that’s why he’s blocking the QR reader). She still managed to get it scanned so they force the bike back into the dock to reset it or they were hoping to take it while on her account and the redocking was an accident.

  41.  @reecesx  DNR isn't eugenics. Most people with a DNR are elderly that have grown children and grandchildren. Eugenics would be removing them from the gene pool, but they've already reproduced so it's not eugenics. Plus it requires them to die first and not be resuscitated. DNRs can have all types of added stipulations. We added feeding tube as an exception to my father's in the medical assistance to live part. Edit: He had a rare aggressive form of stomach cancer that it was about 3-4 months from diagnosis to death. I put one on my mother after her 8th heart attack, 3rd time getting sepsis, and she'd refuses to go to the hospital when her hernia twisted killing part of her intestines requiring emergency surgery. She'd already suffered brain damage from the last time she went septic and she passed away about 4 hours after I signed it from septic shock.

  43.  @OnTheThirdDay  Cenk isn't a naturalized citizen. He was born in Turkey to Turkish parents. A naturalized citizen is a citizen who's a citizen through a parent no matter where they're born. That and birth right citizenship are the only ones codified within the Constitution. Citizenship through immigration is dictated by the Executive branch and the legislature. Dr. Shiva can sue all he likes but the requirements are also codified within the Constitution and neither is eligible unless there's an Amendment. Which there never will be because it's insane to allow a foreign national to run another country. Just security wise alone it's crazy. Edit: My son was born in Canada. Since I'm a citizen his citizenship was guaranteed by the Constitution. Even if we never did the paperwork, citizenship was his birthright that he could claim at anytime.

These are the same people that were mad at border states for saying they're a drain on the system and saying that was racist. Now that just a tiny portion of what's coming across is making them cry for aid. They shouldn't get any just since according to them they're not a drain on the system and are net benefit.   47. The thing is most of these laws were put in place to protect renters from being taken advantage of. Most places require a security deposit plus 2-3 months rent in advance. Then they’d kick out the renter in a couple of weeks and they had no recourse and no savings to rent another place because of the upfront cost. I understand the purpose of the laws. There’s just going to need adjustments made to them.

  50. I take an issue with your "driven to violence" bit. The only time some is "driven to violence" is in self defense as in your life is in immediate danger. Not liking a policy of a government, store, person, etc doesn't "drive" someone to violence. It's a choice to commit violence.
