  20. Trump supporters need to remember that the RNC is not going to allow a person indicted on federal felonies to appear on their ballots or debate stages. Forget what the constitution or federal law says, Trump can run for President from a prison cell if he wants, as an Independent, but the RNC isn't required to put him on a Republican ballot. Primaries are party functions, not government functions. NO ONE is entitled to be on a political party's ballot. You may have to write in his name as an independent.

No business is entitled to workers working at lower wage levels than they can get at another employer across the street. No business is entitled to success. We all want the opportunity to succeed, but it comes with the opportunity to fail. Why on earth would an employee subsidize their employer's business by depriving their family of higher income that they can get elsewhere? It's not even reasonable to imagine they would!

  23. It isn't so important that Manchin and Sinema hold firm, it is actually more important that AOC and the trailer trash squad "hold firm". THEY are the ones demanding the full Monty. Manchin and Sinema are very likely to concede to some addl. spending. Manchin has already conceded he would agree to $1.9-2.2 trillion. What is holding it up is the trailer trash in the House demanding "all or nothing". If THEY give in, it will pass. If they don't, it won't even be voted on.

  24. Bruce and Nellie will not show up for the subpoena. The Congress can then do...what? Here is what needs to happen... 1. Mueller needs to finish his "investigation" and write his report. (this could be hastened by Trump declassifying documents) 2. THEN Trump needs to burn out the rattlesnake nest at the FBI and DoJ. Replace them with men of ACTION. 3. THEN the new leaders can proceed with prosecution. For now...FWIW if it helps get Republicans elected in November, so much the better.

M y 3 children had fully paid educations 1 with a bachelors degree, 1 with a masters and 1 with a doctorate without 1 penny in student loans through scholarships and WORK.

So...Cuomo, either reduce your spending OR raise YOUR state taxes. But leave ME out of it. People are playing around with this, basically, counterfeit money, and will get burned big time at some point. FWIW there were various currencies within the United States for many years after our Independence. Some issued by states, some issued by private banks, some issued by the Confederacy. It all went away in 1863 with the National Banking Act, when the government decided that was THEIR primary way to control people.

  41. Actually, Dillon, they could simply stop selling guns. Then what? Does it restrict your right that you cannot buy a gun at the pharmacy? Should bakeries be forced to sell guns? Except in states with specific laws restricting age discrimination beginning at age 18, there is no recourse, legally. Private business cannot be forced to sell guns at any particular age. Federal law requires a minimum age of 18 to buy long guns. It does not say the age can't be raised by states or private sellers. I am a lifelong gun owner and member of the NRA for 45 years. I do not agree with the government raising the age to 21 for rifles and shotguns. I do not agree with the age of 21 for handguns, for that matter. But private stores can do what they wish and we can shop where we wish. It does NOT restrict their rights because they can simply go to another store to buy guns. In fact, in civil law, you must prove "injury". What is the injury? How were their RIGHTS restricted? If you watched the video you would hear that Napolitano refers to the 2008 Heller ruling, I just mentioned there are TWO similar rulings. If you do not agree with the store's policies...shop elsewhere. Walmart and Dick's have no ability to restrict your right to buy guns...just go somewhere else.
