The general opinion is "Oh well...I can always schedule an abortion AND buy a plane ticket on my smart phone" We're not in 1973 anymore, Dorothy. This will make no difference in November. Not even a top issue for voters. FYI...Dems COULD HAVE done something in 1993-1995 or 2009-2011, but they didn't. SCOTUS just foreclosed the issue as a Federal issue.

  4. Republicans WILL flip the House and will very likely flip the Senate. How is that not a "Red Wave"? We traded a RINO Senator (Toomey) in PA for a MAGA Senator in Nevada. If Republicans control both chambers, by one seat or 10 seats, the Biden agenda is in the trash. Worst case, we will be back to a 50/50 Senate and we may also be getting rid of Lisa Murkowski and replacing her with MAGA Kelly Tsibaka. As a Floridian, I can tell you the media is getting it wrong. We flipped red because of great Republican leadership. Pretty simple.

  6. 3:01 I saw this video and it was described as "Orange County, Florida". JOE Biden has not been to Florida since July, except to visit the storm damaged area for a few hours. He did not go to Orange County (Orlando). His scheduled trip to Orange County for September 27th was postponed. JILL Biden was in Orlando (Orange County) 3 days ago. This video does NOT look like Orange Co., Florida 3 days ago when it was sunny and very warm. Except for the guy running around with the Trump flags, the people are dressed for cool weather. Neither is that an Orlando Police or Orange County Sherriff's Office vehicle. That is NOT "Orange County, Florida" However, JOE Biden WAS in Orange County, CA on October 14th.

  11. In Maricopa County, AZ there are "problems" with the vote tabulators and the ballots may have to be taken to "another location" to be counted!!! IT NEVER STOPS! We MUST overwhelm them with votes.

  14. The spokesperson for the vote count process confirmed in a press conference what Kari Lake said. The remaining ballots are "mail ins" which were dropped off at election sites the day of the election. This was something Republicans were encouraging people to do. We will see.

  33. As soon as Trump "officially" announces, he will come under the rules of the FEC for fundraising. I would LOVE to see Trump announce his candidacy on January 6, 2023. But I expect he will announce at his first rally AFTER the mid-term election, probably in Florida. There are a lot of potential candidates who simply won't run at all if Trump announces. An announcement at a rally in Florida would be a big message to DeSantis. Trump used his newly renovated 757 to fly to the rally in Texas on Saturday.

  38. @FelisDomina 👍 Just remember, in order for anyone to "be arrested" there MUST be a Statute, GA Code in this case, that makes what they are doing a CRIME. Being "against the law" is NOT always a crime. Where I live if my grass grows more than 12" long, it is "against the law", but it is NOT a crime. No one gets arrested or goes to jail for it. Whenever someone says "She needs to be arrested" just ask them which statute they are referring to.

  41.  @Ozgarthefighter  Depends on the state and jurisdiction but YES, you are correct. Whether or not it is a CRIME is up to state statutes and the court's orders. As I understand the Grand Jury has concluded, so there is no way to "remove her".

  42. @FelisDomina It is not an "ongoing case". The Grand Jury has concluded. This was an indictment proceeding, NOT a trial. NO ONE has been charged with a crime yet. There IS NO "verdict". Grand Juries do not make "verdicts" or "judgements". They make "recommendations" on whether they believe or not believe that there is "probable cause" to believe a crime has occurred. What she is saying is that the jury recommended that some people be charged with some crime. Prosecutors decide whether to charge or not. If someone is charged with a crime, THEN there will be a trial and THEN there will be a verdict. That said...this is a STATE, not federal, Grand Jury and the state has it's own rules about the conduct of jurors. She COULD BE in trouble, but whether it is a criminal offense depends on the STATE's statutes regarding Grand Jury proceedings. In general, Grand Jury proceedings are supposed to be secret. For MANY reasons. No one has been charged with a crime or convicted beyond a reasonable doubt. Talk such as this damages people's reputations and/or livelihoods without ever being charged or convicted. Information such as this getting to the people who would be charged could jeopardize the prosecutions case. What the penalties are for STATE Grand Jurors doing something like she did depends on the state. I am not familiar with GA's rules for Grand Juries, so I would not say she is in legal trouble without that knowledge. Maybe you are familiar with the GA statute?
